The day before my daughter's birthday party we lost all hot water....it was a Saturday. We have an on-demand system with a storage tank (a little more crew pled than your standard hot water system). We called Knight Plumbing, we had a great previous experience with them, and they had a technician contact us. Geoff worked with our chaotic schedule to come at a time which work with all the activities that were occurring that day. The thermostat on the storage tank had failed and he had a replacement with him. Unfortunately that was not the only issue....but Geoff stayed to confirm that replacing the thermostat rectified the problem and when it didn't he immediately began looking for other issues. It turned out that there was a leaking faucet cartige in the shower handle upstairs that was backfeeding cold water into the hot water line.

After receiving a quote from another company for a tankless hot water heater, Knight Plumbing came in and provided a competing quote that was much more detailed and considered many other factors that the other company did not mention. I ultimately decided to go with a new hot water tank from Knight, which they installed quickly and with good workmanship. A billing error after the install was also handled promptly and courteously.

After getting an astronomical quote from our home builder on installing air conditioning in our home we called knight plumbing and got a great price. With my wife being pregnant and the temperature rising they squeezed us in right away to get the unit installed. The installers Kevin and Leigh showed up on time and we're very friendly. They got the unit in and showed us how to operate it. The instal was very clean and tidy. They cleaned up any mess they made and were on there way. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Called Knight Plumbing after my brother-in-law recommended them. We woke up Thursday morning to a large water spot in the ceiling above our fridge and after about 10 minutes there was another large water spot beside it. We shut off the water and called Knight. They sent out Jason a few hours later, who investigated the problem, determined the source of the leak, explained what he needed to do and an estimate for the cost, and then with my permission, fixed the leak in our pipe. I was very impressed with how Jason handled the situation and explained things to me. I am happy with the entire service I experienced using Knight plumbing from my first call to when the problem was fixed, and would recommend them to others.

George is always a hardworking fabulous technician. We are big fans of George and everyone else at knight plumbing and heating! On the weekend, Colin came out to look at our furnace leak and we were charged over $250 because it seemed like the problems were not due to furnace installation errors. However, it seemed that maybe there wasn't enough coolant at the time of installation AND Colin really wasn't able to fix the problem so we are hoping that at least, some of the charges from the weekend could be reimbursed?

I would highly recommend this company. We had a bird that got into our furnace and was trapped in the furnace exhaust. I called 3 furnace companies (on-call line as it happened on a Sunday), and I only received a call back from Colin at Knight P, H, and AC. He was confident, kind and professional. He advised me of the pricing up front and was able to remove the live bird and bring it outside. I have already set up furnace cleaning with this company and will use this company from now on.

Kevin showed up on time and was very professional. He laid out alternative plans to replace said items clearly from which we choose the option that worked for us. Went and picked up parts returned and installed professionally, cleaned up nicely. Would recommend and call them again

I have never used Knight Plumbing before as I considered calling other companies who had similar positive reviews on BBB and Homestars first but I decided to try them after reading great reviews about them. I was very impressed by the overall experience from the appointment booking to the completion of the fixes required! The technician, Geoff, was very professional, patient, and informative as he gave me all the options first before fixing the problem (this includes disclosing all costs before proceeding with the fix). I firmly believe that what makes a plumbing and heating company reliable and great are the team of people behind them. Thank you Geoff and Knight Plumbing for your quality and excellent work! The next time I have an plumbing or heating issue, I will call Knight Plumbing again!

The service repair man Colin, showed up on time as scheduled by their office. He repaired a piece of the shower for a fraction of the cost that I was expecting to pay. Instead of ordering a replacement part at a significantly higher price, he had a part in the truck that would necessitate only a small cost to repair. Colin was efficient and friendly. This was the 2nd or 3rd time we have used Knight Plumbing. Highly recommend them.

I called Knight Plumbing to fix a kitchen drain that was clogged. The technician discussed the cost with me in advance. He solved the problem within 30 minutes. He showed me that the drain was working properly afterward. He was courteous and clean. I thought the cost was too high, but then this is typical of plumbing services, and it had to be done.
