Knight Plumbing, Heating And Air Conditioning Ltd reviews (1361)

We recently had Knight Plumbing at our house working on a project (installing new hose bibs, replacing existing ones for frost free bibs, installing back flow preventers into the sewer line, and replacing a "home job" sump). The work done by Jason and Tyler was excellent. Not only did they have to deal with two young kids, a nosy dog, and general chaos around our house, the work completed was well done. Jason is super knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire scope of the project to me (they had to deal with the previous owners "jimmy rig" job, which was a nightmare). On a side note, as they were leaving my house one day, they were organizing one last stop at an elderly ladies home, as they had a few extra minutes to spare. It's very rare to see employees go the extra mile, especially when most people would have wrapped their day up with only 25 minutes left in the day. These guys are seriously awesome, and its obvious to me now why Knight is on the top of HomeStars recommends list.

Jason arrived on time, was happy to walk through all our questions and was able to provide guidance, advice and recommendations on some next steps regarding the work that was performed. When booking the consult, I wish the person over the phone would have informed me that Knight only inspected sewer lines and were unable to clean any blockages. I found that out only after Jason and I spoke. That being said, I am happy with the work Jason did and would definitely be looking at Knight for my next plumbing service call. Thanks for a job well done.

Really great service. Quick and efficient. Karl went above and beyond 'just getting the job done.' Doing things like checking the freon levels and topping it up for us. Everything was communicated clearly and concisely. No surprise charges, what was promised was delivered.

Kevin, Chad and Lee were very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Showed me everything that they were doing. Respected my home and cleaned up after. Great guys and great service. Definetly would recommend Knight

The good: We had a leak late in the afternoon and called Knight plumbing. The technician came and gave us instructions on how to "survive" till next day. He also made sure we are aware of the higher fees during emergency/late hours. The bad: Another guy came next day and couldn't figure out where is the leak is. It ended up to be an easy fix that probably could've been done by a thorough visual inspection, but we ended up with ugly cut out ceiling. I know that this is normal practice, but this wasn't necessary in our case. The service was quick in general, but it didn't feel very professional.

Excellent and meticulous, let the work area very clean. George is great and a real craftsman in my opinion. Would recommend to friends and family. Pricing was highly competive but quality of workmanship and professionalism was much greater.
