The initial consultation was informative and educational. The work crew were professional and a pleasure to have around the house. I’m very happy with the chimney restoration and wall repair they did. They did a great job cleaning up when the project was done. I highly recommend Three little pigs.

Three Little Pigs performed a chimney rebuild for us back in 2010. That rebuild exhibited problems and they came back and honoured their 10 year warranty and rebuilt the chimney. While onsite I had them rebuild a second chimney stack. Very happy with the workmanship. Team are polite and respectful.

David and his crew (Darren, Josh, and Danny) were patient, considerate, understanding, and professional with answering any questions we had pertaining to repairing the front porch steps. I am so impressed with the quality of work done by the Three Little Pigs crew and David's full attention to ensuring that the job was completed according to plan. I was fully informed as to the process involved in removing the old steps and landing, building the new concrete steps and landing, and discussed ideas to consider for the new layout. The crew was friendly, efficient and always willing to answer my questions. The design work on the concrete steps was a nice surprise far exceeding my expectations. My home has a beautiful entrance now and I have received many compliments on it. I highly recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry!

Very happy with the work we had done to repair breaks in our concrete steps, stair foundation blocks and replace/repair the brickwork around the stairs and landing as well as parge the foundation on the front of our unit. Quotes were thorough, prompt and reasonable. Work was completed over 7 days, clean up done and looks great! Owner and staff were very pleasant, professional and thorough. Communications were clear as the job progressed and any changes clearly explained. Dave/Jesse quick to respond to questions/concerns. Final inspection revealed couple missed areas and quickly done before leaving. We will be getting them to do more work this summer.

For the past two years I've been debating what I should replace my old (approx. 30 years old is my guess) high maintenance/not visually appealing patio area with. I eventually decided that a standard concrete pad would be best though I was concerned with the potential of cracking in the future. Looking on other company websites, nobody ever seemed to mention about adding concrete piles to their concrete pads though, when you think about it, it really is the only way for concrete to last in our type of climate. I ended up selecting 3 Little Pigs Masonry as I liked how they're a team of concrete masons (opposed to just a "guy whose poured concrete before") and they install concrete the way it's supposed to be done, opposed to what's the absolute minimum according to our Ontario codes (which isn't even effective -look at how much cracked concrete is out there!). The work was done within a time frame of approx. 2 weeks on and off and I appreciate that it was all done while maintaining social distancing due to the COVID-19 crisis (we were able to get this in right before the lockdown on residential construction!). One thing to note that was extra impressive is their cleanup after the work was done was incredible -typically whenever I've hired a contractor they don't really do any sort of cleanup and I typically have to spend a few hours doing it myself; very nice bonus. In regards to what can be improved (just mentioning since we can all always improve on something), the top of the new curb that I had installed wasn't smoothed out which resulted in a slightly bumpy top and air entrainment holes that are exposed -smoothing this out after the concrete was just poured would have given a smoother look and probably have prevented the air entrainment holes from showing. Also, I noticed that I was never informed when one of their team mates arrived or left my property -knowing when they were leaving maybe would of allowed me to catch the smoothing issue noted above. All in all, 3 Little Pigs is a great company who will listen to your concerns and will work with you to give you exactly what you're looking for. I would highly recommend and I would no doubt hire them again for any concrete masonry work.

Great job. Did exactly what they said they would do. They were punctual and very professional in all interactions. They explained exactly what caused the issues and the appropriate solution. I would definitely recommend this company for any masonry needs.
