    Parging, Chimney Repair and Caulking Work

    I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work done by the mason and the caulking expert at Three Little Pigs Masonry. The owner, office manager and the estimator were very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain my needs. I had chimney, parging on all exposed concrete foundation, and caulking work done. The mason and his two apprentices and the caulking expert were delightful and their work is outstanding. I would highly recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry to anyone requiring masonry or caulking work and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

    Brick repair and parging.

    David and the crew at Three Little Pigs Masonry were excellent to work with - from receiving the initial quote, to explaining the work program, start date and estimated time to complete, everything went great and on budget.

    Home Brick repair and window sill replacement

    Professional work done by courteous crew. Very impressed. Easy to deal with and completed the job on time as initially estimated. Will definitely have this team do future projects for us.

    Outdoor masonry work to replace brick windowsills with limestone windowsills.

    I was very pleased with The Three Little Pigs Masonry company from the beginning to the end of the job. My calls and questions were answered promptly. David was very professional and knowledgeable in the quote he gave me for the job. The job was completed in a timely manner and the site was cleaned up at the end of each day and at the completion of the job. If I need additional masonry work, I will definitely hire The Three Little Pigs Masonry company again.

    Chimney repair and roof repair

    From the moment I called I was amazed how they handled the call . Barbara and David are amazing people to deal with they provided me with all the costs and the repair that I needed. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Great customer service, and amazing workmanship.

    Chimney

    The Three Little Pigs Masonary did a great job rebuilding a foundation, building a new chimney and matching the brick back to my other chimney. I found them to be very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional from the very first contact. I was very pleased that any questions I had were answered promptly. And they cleaned up very well for someone that calls themselves "Lil Piggys". I would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic company.

    Masonry and reconstruction of front facing of house

    The Three Little Pigs team have just finished refacing the front of our house with stone. The stucco they replaced had been applied by the original builder improperly. Once the work of replacing the stucco began however, they found further issues underneath the covering that needed to be addressed. Three Little Pigs were upfront and honest with us about what needed to be fixed to ensure we had no future issues. They brought us all the information and we agreed on the additional fixes. The additional work was all done by them in a top quality manner. The new stone facing is gorgeous and the house feels much more solid! We are resting much easier knowing the issues have all been addressed. Three Little Pigs only asks for enough money to get started and then invoices progressively as the job is completed. I would absolutely recommend Three Little Pigs for their honesty, quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

    229 Berkeley St - Poured Concrete Pad

    David Fritz and the three little pigs masonry crew saved our project! We were totally ripped off by another contractor who essentially destroyed our front yard and ran off with our money. I reached out to David in a bind and they delivered. They were able to clean up the site, finish the demolishing that was left over, levelled and poured a perfect concrete pad all within 4 days. They are very professional, attentive and always got back to me. I highly recommend using them for your project, real gems in what is complicated landscape to navigate

    Stone refacing and pillar rebuild

    We Hired Three Little Pigs to change out the brick above our garage doors to stone, as well as to rebuild a brick porch pillar and to fix some loose grout on the stone laid on the stairs, and some other masonry fixes. Previously used them to do some parging work for our foundation a few years back, which has held up well. We were yet again very pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of their owners, masons, and office manager. We will be using them again!
