Concrete repair
Great service and workmanship. I felt relief and and trust dealing with everyone. David was so responsive with messaging and Danny worked so hard in the cold to complete the repair. The cracks were in the upper part of my foundation, causing a steady flow of water into my cellar. All is great now and the repair cost was far more reasonable then what i was quoted from another company. I would highly recommend the three little pigs. Thank you for all your help! Carla

Replacing bricks, parging and blocking up 2 basement windows
We called a couple places for quotes and decided to go with Three Little Pigs. David was prompt and professional. They got the job done quickly and made sure everything was cleaned up and back in place upon completion. Would definitely recommend them. First three photos are before and last 3 are after.

Stone refacing on front facade of house.
In August 2018, we had work done by The Three Little Pigs on the front facade of our house. Dave, the owner, is very knowledgeable and very particular about the standard of work his masons do, which was great to see as we were very particular about our vision for the project. We did have some communication issues along the way and at times there were heated exchanges. However, Dave stands behind the high quality of his workmanship and his warranty, and when we called him in to fix something, he was there without an issue. Dave worked closely with us and went the extra mile to help us achieve the look we wanted for the renovation, and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. Even though I have given a 5 star rating, and would happily refer them, some anxiety inducing moments caused by challenging communication is not for the feint of heart. However the upside and final outcome of this was an excellent job. Dave’s vast experience in the masonry business has allowed us to enjoy the view every time we come home.

Tuck Points/Foundation works
April 2019 contacted threelittlepigsmasonry and Barb has sent the Boss Pig to give me an estimate for the original issues that I was having: - Water leaking to my house on the 1st floor side brick wall. - When Boss Pig came, he had noticed all my side brick were degraded. - House foundation have signs of past wet spots. I had an agreement to do the tuck points (thought it was the cause of my water leak) and a new layer of foundation since it was degraded as well. Overall I am very satisfied with the work that was done by Danny and teams. When rain started to pour, water was still leaking but I got information given to me while Danny's team was doing the work that my metal roof done back in 2015 was not done correctly. The edge of the metal panel did not have extension that lay over the eave canal so all the waters dripped in between wetting my sidewall bricks all the way to the foundation. From this experience, I had to deal with my metal roof provider which is a homestars rated as well (different story and how it was fixed was part of the warranty repairs) Long story short, we are very satisfied with 3 little pigs committed outcome but I have also learnt more about owning a home moving forward as maintaining a home is not easy if no talents to identify issues ahead of time to prevent such incident.

Replacement of front steps
David and his team did a phenomenal job on our front stone steps. We appreciated his involvement and guidance throughout the entire process including recommendations on best care and use practices. There were unanticipated structural issues identified during the job that came as a surprise to us and David – he was reasonable and we came to a solution that worked for both of us which was much appreciated. I imagine this process would have been much more difficult with another company. His team also did some extra work at the end of the job to accommodate our needs without any resistance. Everyone on site was always professional, courteous and overall very pleasant to work with. It is clear to us that they take pride in their work and stand behind it. We are very happy with the end product and would not hesitate to recommend David and Three Little Pigs Masonry for jobs like this in the future.

Refacing the front of our home
We hired The Three Little Pigs to reface the front of our home, change our window sills and repair our chimney. We were extremely satisfied with their workmanship and work ethics. The end product was exactly what we had envisioned it to be. Dion and his crew were very professional and approachable and kept us updated with all of the work. We used large stones and a darker mortar and they were very neat and precise and completed the work within reasonable time. We would highly recommend this company and this particular crew! Foundation repair
I have used the three little pigs before for a smaller job and they were very good But this one they just completed was a huge job to us , but not to Dave ( the third pig , as we call him ) Our garage side was falling apart , because the foundation was caving in and to keep the little pigs honest ,I got a few other quotes,which included brick replacing,garage pad etc. The other two were just going to replace it ,but the third lil pig presented us with a superior method and a 20 year warranty which the others wouldn’t match. The little pigs method of tying a ‘’NEW footing’’ ( which the others said was not even required without even seeing it ) with steel rebars to the foundation makes complete sense, and then filling the concrete block wall solid with grout and more rebars. As Dave pointed out to me that a lot of the foundation broke away from the footing,because the two were not tied together with rebars steel Three little pigs did cost more money then the other guys , yes. But I wanted it done right And as usual they came through on time, cleaned daily, and especially were on budget ??

Brick replacement and parging
I contacted a few contractors to quote for our patio bricks replacement. I chose 3 little pigs based on: 1. Customer service: Barbara, Dave, and Jesse always get to my call on a timely manner, and have solutions for my questions; 2. Confidence on their specialty and professionalism: by checking their reviews and pictures of their past projects, especially by talking with David on site, I felt confident they can make things work. David was the only one who insisted to remove some of the existing brick veneer to make sure, not just assume, how the work should proceed; 3. Their warranty is 10 yrs, the longest of all, which shows their confidence on their job. The actual work took 4 days, they took away all the old bricks and replaced by stones. They did a very neat job, cleaned up everything on the driveway before they left every day. The job was done professionally, and we also avoided some unnecessary cost based Dave’ advice. During the process, they figured out that the damage was worse than expected and that they had to dig deeper underground, these guys proceeded without charging us more. In the end, I got a beautiful new patio and very positive experience. Big thanks to the team, I’ ll definitely recommend this company to my friends and family! Run

So happy with the final result!
I<m very happy with the parging and brick replacement work that was completed at my home. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Chimney repair
Needed to have my chimney repaired as it was deteriorating. I needed to have it torn down to the roof line and rebuilt. They did an excellent job. Brick match was very close to the original brick. Pretty impressive considering my house was 60 years old. Clean up was first rate. Would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Thanks.
