Three Little Pigs did excellent work. You get the quality that you pay for and while the quote seemed expensive, it turned that it was competitive with others who quoted for the same work. They don't take shortcuts: they used proper footings which some other contractors cut out to reduce the price. Also when the site conditions turned out to be not quite as expected, they changed the work to address the differences without complaint or additional cost. Overall, timely work well done and they left the site clean!

Three Little Pigs Masonry made us a very solid concrete front step, walkway and garage entrance. We opted to have 4' deep poured-concrete columns under the foundation, reinforced with metal rebar. The crew was friendly, hard-working and the project manager was extremely accommodating to our needs. Some peeling of the waterproof coating occurred due to a sudden temperature drop, so the crew returned to repair the work to our full satisfaction. We strongly recommend Three Little Pigs with the utmost confidence.

My expierence with Three Little Pigs masonry was outstanding. I was very impressed with Darren who came to inspect the job and give me a quote. I had already received two other quotes that failed to identify defeciences that should be repaired. At the end of the day, his quote covered more repair for almost the same amount of money. Every one from the two men who did the repair to Rob the site manager were very efficient and conciencious. The work was done 100% to my satisfaction. I had contacted Three Little Pigs to give me a quote for resurfacing my front steps that had started to crumble on two of the steps as well as the parging starting to peel away from the surface. I was able to have a representative come out within a couple of days of my request and received the quote 2 days later. Once I had decided to go ahead with the project, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to come out and get the work done. Steve and his assistant did a fantastic job and he also fixed up a couple of cracks in my foundation out the front as well going up and beyond in my expectations. My stairs look great now and has improved the overall curb appeal to my home. Thanks again for your great service and attention to detail.

Our sills were badly damaged through winter freeze thaw and 3 Little Pigs came to the rescue repairing sills with beautiful limestone and went above and beyond by doing additional repairs. From quote to project management and execution of work, everything was done on time, efficiently, and professionally. They were great to deal with and highly recommend 3 Little Pigs.

Many contractors can laid stone but not many pay attention to the details on which the appearance and longevity of the finished project rest. Rob from 3LP has that eye for details and they are dealt with as the project is ongoing so that the project turns out the way it should and better. The crew are hardworking, courteous, and leave the site clean. We will definitely recommend their work to our friends and neighbors.

They did exactly what was agreed to at the agreed price. They were extremely cooperative and helpfull in the design and choice of materials. The site was left reasonably clean and tidy every day and there was very little inconvenience to us during the entire process.

Dave's guys removed and replaced the floor in our double car garage that was constantly collecting water in the centre. They also did much needed parging around the entire house. This involved digging below grade and also required them to remove, cut and replace a great deal of interlock. They also ground the surface of the existing foundation to ensure proper adhesion of the new parging product. We also had them repair some brick work around our front step. We couldn't be happier with the results and they ensured that they provided proper drainage that would ensure that similar damage would not be experienced in the future.

Had a crack in the basement foundation wall of our home. Called 3 Little Pigs for estimate. Took pics with cell phone with brief description of problem. They called right back with quote and 3 days later were on site and in 2 hours the job was done to satisfaction. I was told the whole procedure of what was being done and why. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
