Three Little Pigs have done work for us before, but I hadn't rated them, although their work was excellent at that time, reinforcing the brickwork and sills under our pod/turret. This time we had a leak in the walkout apartment wall, and there was a torrential rainfall forecast for the next evening 3LP (Dave, the boss) were amazing - they responded immediately with a quote, and started the very next morning, sealing the leak and doing a highly professional repair. Although the rain didn't materialize, we have no more fear of leaks! Thank you Dave and Joel (father and son mason team) for a job very well done.

Quick, efficient and unbelievable customer service! From the moment I contacted them to the final post project review, I received the best customer service possible. Everyone who I was in contact with were polite and professional. Even little things like bringing my garbage bin in from the curb when they saw it had been emptied. They care about the custoemrs and about the quality of their work. Half the price of another quote I received, and TLP's warranty was twice as long. That, along with the strong reviews from other happy customers make the choice very easy. Definitely will recommend to others.

The work (replacing a pillar supporting the roof over our front porch) was completed within a week of getting the quote. They did great work and we are very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend the company!

These guys are fantastic. Three Little Pigs Masonry was working on my neighbour's property and noticed a weakness in my foundation that would allow water ingress. They fixed the problem as soon as they noticed it and didn't charge me! They have also provided invaluable advice on work needed to protect my home in the upcoming year. These guys are highly professional; take pride in their work; and are a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

After discovering that my exterior wall required repair and re-parging I sent TLP an email for a quote. It was simple, I took a photo and sent it with my smartphone. I immediately received email confirmation and was told I would be contacted with a quote. I received a quote by email describing the work and a follow up call the very next day. To be honest TLP began the work before any of the other companies even got back to me. I was familiar with TLP's work as they had done another job for me in 2009. I was happy with their work then and I am again impressed with the speed of their response, the quality of their work and the knowledge and professionalism of their employees. For years we were living with a bizarre creaking sound in our bedroom wall every time the wind blew. It got to a point where we needed to do something about it. We called Three Little Pigs at 4:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon, and David was at our house for evaluation at 1:00pm the very next day. It was then we knew that this company was all about customer service. An evaluation was done, and they started the very next morning. (Side note: The workers were supposed to come at 8:30am to begin the work. They showed up at 8:33am and apologized for being late. We have never seen such respect from any other trade company we've used.) The workers were knowledgeable and skilled, and the work was completed in one day. Unfortunately the noise was not 100% fixed at that time, and David insisted they come out again to do more work to ensure it was fixed. He also did his very best to ensure the price was fair. It's now been over two weeks, and it looks like the noise is gone. We are extremely grateful to Three Little Pigs for their quickness, expertise, and most importantly, caring that the job is done right. We would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Rob R from Three Little Pigs was great to work with, as was his worker, Greg. He was prompt, efficient, did high quality work, answered my concerns, allowed my desires for a pattern to modify the standard pattern, dropped off samples for me to choose from, was in close communication during the whole process, answered questions afterwards, and directed me to railing people. He also aligned it with the door better, fixed the slope, and raised the driveway to align better and improve drainage. The porch seems to be in great condition and he told me how to keep it protected and in good condition over the winter. Overall, extremely satisfied! Thanks so much, Rob!

I needed an urgent quote from several contractors for damaged front lawn concrete retaining wall and David Fritz from Three Little Pigs Masonry Inc. was quick to responds to my request and provided me with written quote in a timely manner. There was no hesitation when I requested to make changes to the original quote suitable to my needs. The project was completed as planed and on time. My wife and I are very pleased with their work and they did a great job. We would recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry Inc. to anyone. Great job Dave and keep it up.

We originally hired Three Little Pigs to replace a broken side path and waterproof a foundation. Dave was straightforward and easy to understand right from the start. Quotes and timing were clear. We have a challenging spot with access only by the side path so all the excavation had to be done by hand. On top of that, the root system of a very large Maple tree (which our neighbors had recently chopped down) made progress a challenge. But the team from 3LP did a great job of making progress and digging out the foundation. Like a lot of these jobs, we had a nasty discovery once the soil was removed. The leaky foundation was actually made of red brick! This old brick was crumbling and decrepit and needed to be dealt with. Dave laid out our options and we found one we could live with. The team ended up installing a new foundation and waterproofing that. The new space has stayed watertight. Our new path looks great and is a dream to shovel compared to the busted up old one. It was a nice surprise to have 3LP re-sod our front lawn after the job was complete. We've had 3LP come back to patch a couple of spots and they've responded quickly and effectively. Couldn't recommend them more.

Rob and Ray (and his crew) did a fantastic job in point tucking around the house, parging the exterior wall and replacing a concrete step. They also went the extra mile to take down/put back up a fence between my house and the house next door, when doing the parging work. I would recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry to others.
