We had a loose stone in the portico of our front entrance. From my first contact with the company, they made me feel like they really wanted to assist me in getting the the repair done. In all of our dealings with the various people at Three Little Pigs, everyone was very courteous and professional. Their mason attended at our home and was able to complete the job within one day, even though scaffolding had to be set up to reach the work area. The finished job was beautiful, with our stone arch looking exactly the way it did when it was first constructed. They also provided us with a ten year warranty on the workmanship and materials. I highly recommend Three Little Pigs.

Work included dismantling and rebuilding the chimney to the roofline; installation of limestone coping for buttress; tuck point; removal of defective brick on the garage and installation of new brick with flashing and active clean weepers and parging. The crew was great, and the job was well done and in a timely manner.

Our project was completed on time and on budget ! Fantastic staff and all round great people to work with. Our new walkway is wonderful and all our visitors love the gradual walk up. They arrived when they said they would and responded to all our questions and concerns as the project was implemented. The work area was always kept clean and safe. We would recommend this company to all.

They did a great job, were efficient, VERY timely and a pleasure to have on-site at our home. They didn't push unnecessary 'extras' and made sensible recommendations, based on our specific needs. My front exterior wall had crumbling stone veneer that had fallen off the underlying cinder blocks. Three Little Pigs suggested parge along the bottom. I wanted some of the lower stone veneer transplanted so that the parge would not have be be 4 cinder-blocks high. Three Little Pigs accommodated this. The measure of a company is how they respond when you have a problem *after* they have your money. After the parge dried, you could see the underlying cinder-block edges. Three Little Pigs returned and added another layer of parge to fix this. Communications throughout the process was excellent, included my preferred medium: email. Response time was excellent. It was more expensive than I was hoping, but I'd rather pay a premium to someone who I can depend on and who doesn't waste my time or ignore me.

We had some cracked bricks that needed replacing, as well as some parging and a previous owner's plaster job that needed repairing. Darren reviewed the job and was extremely pleasant and recommended what should be done and explained everything. Rob the supervisor and David answered all our questions promptly and kept us informed at every step, as we decided what repairs needed to be done. Their experience and knowledge was invaluable. Chuckie, our mason, was very likable and worked extremely hard. The job was completed very quickly and efficiently and looks great.

Three Little Pigs rebuilt our front porch in November 2012. Three years later, the cement between the stone tiles on the porch and stairs began breaking up and falling out. I called and left a message stating the problem and my address. Half an hour later I got a call back asking for a description of the problem. Two days later someone came by to assess the damage. Three days later they were working to repair it. The work took a few days, in part due to bad weather. The fellow who did the work was polite, competent and efficient. I am very impressed by a company that completes a warranty job on a three year old project this quickly and efficiently and without any "yes buts" or "read the fine print." A great company. I'm really glad we chose them for the work.

The entire process from first contact to estimate to work complete was completed in a friendly and professional manner. The team arrived when promised and the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with.

Mom's front porch is original to the house, about 1950. Winters were hard and crack the top landing and a few steps. Budget was important, but so was great work. Three Little Pigs were prompt with the estimate (complete with pictures), fairly priced, and provided the detail needed for Mom to reach a buying decision. The work was completed beautifully. Wayne is a master with concrete. We will be calling them back without hesitation for more work.

We needed to have our chimney rebuilt, windowsill replaced, the cold room under the front porch was leaking and the stairs to the front porch replaced. We called Three Little Pigs to come and give us an estimate. They were very quick responding to our request and the quote was received within one day of their visit. The work was completed in 4 days. The crew was very respectful of our property and they did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the end result. It rained the day after the work was completed and there were no leaks under the porch. I would highly recommend TLP.
