In 2012, I hired Three Little Pigs to replace our messy paving stone front porch and stairs. They asked me then for a 10 star review but I didn’t do it. Two years later it looks great and I still get compliments. It really turned out great. I hired them again to repair my chimney and once again they were great. I now give them the 10 star review they deserve.

Our front porch steps were cracking and unsafe. This was a big project so we took the time to call around, get quotes and consider our options. Of the vendors we spoke with we found Dave of Three Little Pigs to be most knowledgeable, experienced and helpful in his guidance and advice. So we signed the contract and are thrilled with the end results. From start to finish, Three Little Pigs did an excellent job and provided an amazing customer experience. We want to thank Dave, Barbara, Myquan, Chucky, Dan and Leroy for getting back to us when you said you would; showing up on time (actually, earlier than expected most days!); consulting us and answering our questions; informing us when someone on the team was sick one day; and overall, impressive workmanship. Neighbours have been stopping in front of our house and admiring our new porch. This company is top-notch - and I don't say that every day! I was very pleased with the job that TLP did. We had the main stairs resurfaced and the foundation repaired on our house. David was an excellent contact for us from start to finish. Dixon did a lot of the work and he worked soo hard; present on the work-site before we left for work and still at it when we came home!

I had the hardest time finding someone to CORRECTLY rebuild the concrete walkout of my basement apartment. After a series of clowns giving me insane prices and proposals, I found Three Little Pigs Masonry through this website when I searched structural. David Fritz arrived and I was instantly at ease. He really know what to do and was very professional. It was expensive but what I had expected to do it right so it would last. When I was asked for a review, I was pleased to do it. They definitely deserve a 10 star.

Thank you David and his workers for the great job. Our walk out basement steps and wall were cracked and unsafe. We interviewed 3 contractors and what impressed us about Dave was his explanation that helped us understand what was involved. He explained why our walk out had failed. His experience was evident when he explained why the wall needed weepers to let water out. We felt most comfortable with him and giving him the money to get this done. They deserve a 10 star rating.

Dave and his team delivered all they promised, in a timely manner. Their professional knowledge impressed us and whenever there were questions or issues, his team was always courteous and forthcoming to address or resolve them. They were also very punctual every of the workdays. Pay a bit more will buy you a lot: workmanship warranty as well as peace of mind.

Base on the excellent reviews in Homestars, I called Three Little Pigs Masonry for a free quotation for repair works with the foundation and door steps. Dave showed up as scheduled and gave some expert advice on the work required to be done. I received their quotation (with reasonable pricing) by email as promised. Subsequently a contract was sent to me with detail description of the work involved. The project was started as scheduled and finished on time. Jesse had completed the landing covering with flagstone in a perfect manner. Dixon has done exceptionally well on the foundation parging. I noticed that both of them are very skillful in their profession. They always complete their job to the highest standard. The whole area was kept clean and tidy during the whole period of the project. Upon completion, Dave returned for a final inspection with us to made sure that we are all satisfied with their work. For all their professional workmanship, I highly recommend Three Little Pigs without any hesitation.

I highly recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry. I sent them a picture of my front steps and received a fair price estimate shortly after, They followed up with a site visit and rebuilt my front steps. The process was fast and painless. The guys worked hard and did a great job with an excellent cleanup.

Excellent workmanship on my chimney rebuild and flagstone porch. Despite managing numerous projects at the same time, Dave was readily accessible to answer questions and address any concerns that I had. He ensured that I was totally satisfied with all the work upon completion of the project. Dave even generously threw in a rain cap for my chimney and some additional stone work to make my porch look even nicer.
