Three Little Pigs Masonry reviews (600)

For the past 24 years my wife and I put up with poorly constructed front steps by a 'fly by night contractor'. This past winter was the 'end of the line' for the steps. I asked around Aurora for a contractor and the Three Little Pigs and their web site came up as the contractor to use. Elaine and I are really pleased with the results. We found Three Little Pigs Masonry on HomeStars and loved their reviews. We called and were told that it was a very busy time but Barbara offered an alternative for us to send pictures of our problem areas. My husband was skeptical that anyone could provide us with a firm number for our repairs just by looking at pictures, Nevertheless we took the pictures and send them to Barbara. David had a look at the pictures and sent us back an email within a couple of days and his numbers were in line with other quotes that we received. We set up an appointment with David to confirm all the numbers so we didn't have anything hidden or any surprises. We chose Three Little Pigs Masonry to do the job because David's explanation regarding our basement walkout and retaining wall made more sense than the other contractors. He explained about reducing the pressure that the retaining wall would be under and he had much more knowledge about the structure then the other contractors that came. When we called with questions he always called us back and came to meet with us. The end result is a new walkout basement with a brand-new retaining walls that look very solid. We are pleased to recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry and add our review to the other 10 star reviews.

Contacted Three Little Pigs Masonry and sent pictures of damaged front steps and a A/C concrete pad i wanted rebuilt. Stones on front steps were loose and masonry joints were crumbling. Promptly received quote and work started within two weeks. Workmanship was very good but most impressive is how important it is to them that you are satisfied with the work. Can't recommend them enough!

Our front steps had damaged brick on side. We contacted Three Little Pigs Masonry and we sent them pictures by email. They sent back recommendations and pricing. An on site appointment confirmed what we wanted to do and we hired them to do it. The stone they installed looks great and we are very happy. We highly recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry.

Dave, Barbara and their crew were a pleasure to work with. The workers showed up on time, all my questions were answered in a timely manner, and the job was spectacular. David was kind enough to do extra work on my front porch at no extra charge. The workers did an excellent job cleaning up and laying down sod to make my house the talk of the neighbourhood. We previously had plywood surrounding our outdoor windows . We've been told by the builder that we cannot put any stones there (instead of the plywood) as it will not hold. The plywood formed cracks and did not look nice. We saw that our neighbours had stones instead of the plywood. These stones have been there for 10 years and still standing strong. This work was done by Three Little Pigs company. We have contacted them and they have done a fantastic job. Now we can enjoy our house even more. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Looking for dependable and reliable masonary company.....look no further! Workmanship ...Excellent!. Dave arrived as scheduled for our appointment. He reviewed the area and provided us with an estimate in a timely manner. The workmanship by each of his workers were impecable . Can see they take a lot of pride in their work. The work took approx 1 1/2 weeks and each day the workers cleaned up and left the area neat and tidy. The grass they distroyed was even replace when the work was completed.. Would definetly recommend Three Little Pigs to anyone looking for Masonary work. Very reliable and dependable and gets exactly what was promised. Thank you Dave and Barb for a job well done.

David showed up to do the estimate exactly at the time he said he would. He inspected the problem areas, taking photos for future reference. David's detailed estimate followed shortly thereafter by e-mail. When we needed some clarification regarding the options, David returned promptly to explain. The work crew arrived at the time promised. They took care with their work - even in moving earth around carefully in our numerous flower beds! David inspected the completed project ensuring it was done at the standard he expected. We are completed satisfied with his service and are expecting that our neighbours will be contacting him soon.

$50 well spent. I had David provide an estimate on replacing our front step which another company recommended as part of the waterproofing work they are doing. David's advice was not to replace the step but rather to pick up some sealant from a local hardware store. Talk about looking out for customers it would have been easy for him to tell me the work needed to be done! I just wish I had called David earlier to do the waterproofing work.
