    Stone window sill replacement

We hired Three Little Pigs Masonry to replace our old window sills with new limestone window sills. The crew was very clean and respectful of our property. We are happy and would recommend them.

Masonary - issues with outside bricks

Dave was an excellent choice to fix our brick problems. We had issues with our bricks sagging above the garage bricks grumbling by the front door walk way. We were impressed with his Dave’s level of knowledge.and for the garage area As part of the fix we were able to put real stone around the garage. Dave’s crew was very punctual and very clean when doing the job. We encountered an issue a few months later which Dave promptly came and had the issue repaired immediately. Everything is fine now. We are extremely happy with the job and will be calling them again in the future any thing we need in masonry.

    Foundation Wall Construction

David Fritz and his crew worked through very trying and difficult weather conditions to complete an urgent project we had in our old, downtown house. There were some bumps in the road but David always made us feel like our house was in good hands. He is forthright, trustworthy, easy to talk to and honest. Some of the finishing work and clean up could not be completed due to the extreme winter conditions we had this year but, true to his word, he showed up during the first thaw to wrap it up quickly and everything looks fantastic. Would gladly recommend TLP to anyone needing masonry work.

    Waterproofing Basement

Basement flooded during March break. I called 3 companies to asses them. David from Three Little Pigs offered a no non-sense solution: almost half the cost of anyone else quoted (without knowing what others asked for...) and to fix all the 57 ft of foundation on the one side of the house. Extreme weather conditions didn't stopped them to do a very nice job in just 2 weeks. Thank you Dave, Andre, Barbara and all the rest.

    Brick work and waterproofing

We needed expert advice on how to solve the water problem in the house we bought in Stouffville. Dave came and immediately identified the problem - lack of weeping holes and flashing in the walls. He fit us in his calendar before the big snow melt and rain storm. Dan came and removed 2 courses of bricks at 5 corners of the house, added flashing and breathable weepers, and then installed new bricks and parging. His workmanship's top notch and he cleaned up the mess after the job. We have had 2 rain storms and a lot of the snow has now melted, and problem solved ! No more water leakage. While we had 3 Little Pigs working at our house, we also got them to tuckpoint some ugly mortar joints. Now it looks great! 3 Little Pigs Masonry certainly deserves a 10 rating.

    Basement Waterproofing

When a leaky basement caused issues for our tenant, we quickly reached out to a number of companies for estimates. Initially, I was surprised by the suggestions to fix the leak from the inside, which would still allow water to enter the house via the foundation. However, as soon as I spoke with David Fritz from Three Little Pigs, I was confident that the job would be done right. The Three Litle Pigs crew worked full days, starting as early as 7:30 a.m. on some mornings. They removed the existing sidewalk, dug out the side of the house by hand, parged a very uneven brick foundation, and applied a coat of liquid rubber to seal it. Once the dirt was put back in place and the sidewalk rebuilt, it was like you couldn't tell anyone was there. Well, actually, you could tell someone was there because the new sidewalk looks a million times better than the old one. and we made it through the first rainy night with zero water in the basement! The guys were very professional. Even my neighbour -- with whom we share the driveway between our houses -- commented on the level of professionalism. The cleanup after the job was excellent.

    Masonry repair

The winter was hard on our house and we had so many cracks and broken bricks I couldn't count the anymore. We researched on Homestars and found that Dave from Three Little Pigs Masonry was most professional and his pricing was fair. Dan match the brick and mortar so it looks like it wasn't even touched. The cleanup was great and the crew was polite and the job was well done.

    New concrete steps

My elderly mother needed new steps because her old ones started crumbling over the winter months. I researched many companies throughout the winter and got three prices. Dave was the only one who explained the concrete process to me. A bit of advice to those who need new concrete steps, not all concrete steps are the same. The other two prices that I received did not include concrete reinforced with steel but the price was the same as Dave's price. His price included putting steel into the concrete with pilings. The others just wanted to pour concrete on top of gravel. That was the problem with the old steps and that is why they moved and cracked they were not reinforced. The new steps look great and my mother is now safe to use them.

    New concrete steps

I like the price and they came on time as they promised. They worked very quickly to install new concrete steps because ours were not usable. Chack and Jesse did the work nonstop. Good value and good quality work.
