My wife and I purchased a seven-year-old home two years ago. The home inspector did show us a crack in the foundation but we were told by the old owners and the home inspector that there was no water coming in. Water did start to come in this winter so we called a few companies to take a look at the problem. Only two companies from home stars would even look at it at this time of year and do it. We received two very different prices for the waterproofing. We went with Dave of three little pigs because he was more honest with us and didn't try to sell it to is. I was able to communicate with David on a daily basis. The people that work for him are the hardest working people I have ever met. I found a great company using this great site. I highly recommend this company.

Our older townhouse needed an improvement. I called and spoke to David Fritz from Three Little Pigs Masonry about changing it to stucco and stone. He came by explained the process. He explained that he could put real stone where I thought we could not. I found him knowledgeable and patient. I compared him to others I called and he was the first to come out. I really enjoyed the creative assistance Barb had to offer. You can tell that they really love their work. I highly recommend them for professional work. I am very happy with the new look of our house.

Hard working and reliable contractor. The crew was great. Dave, Jesse and Chuck worked thru all whether conditions. Our interior contractor found the leak when he started work on the basement. It had to be done right away and the inside work stopped. Three Little Pigs were referred to us by a friend and we were impressed right away. Happy to recommend them.

Our century home in Aurora Ontario had issues with water leaking into the basement. We hired Three Little Pigs Masonry to waterproof one side of our home. Over the years we did experience some leaking but it was always manageable. This winter was completely different and every time it got warm more and more water enter into the basement. Dave and his crew made it very easy. They were polite and courteous to my whole family. Dave supervised the entire process. My family was rest assured that it was done correctly. Dave's years of experience really came in handy and he knew all about the structure of our century home. They have completed the project and we look forward to seeing them in the warmer weather to install a new concrete sidewalk. Thank you very much David!

It was a pleasure hiring Three Little Pigs to solve our water problem before we suffer anymore water damage and mood inside our house. A small drip we had turned into an uncontrollable flood in our finished basement. With a new baby and a basement to repair, we were excited to have the waterproofing done now. I was amazed how the guys made it through the weather but with a covered work site See my picture. They were able to complete the job. We can now repair the basement and stop worrying. Great results. High 10 for them.

We hired Three Little Pigs masonry to repair and waterproof our foundation wall in minus 15° temperatures I did question why he was the only one who was willing to do this type of work in cold temperatures. They explained to me that because of this crazy winter were having there was no time to wait to get the waterproofing done. Unless I wanted to get my interior restored because of water damage ( mold ) every time it thawed out. I DONT THINK Dave closed in the area with a tarp And invited me in under the tarps to see how warm it was in there and that everything was very warm ( 2 of the guys were workin in their t- shirts ). My only concern was that the backfill was not to be frozen when they re installed it. Which after my tarp visit I am convinced The little pigs used a concrete breaking hammer to break through the 18" of ice and frozen earth , just to get them started They were remarkably fast efficient and I really appreciated that they were not only courteous to their paying customer but to our neighbours as well. I also was impressed with the 35 year warranty I am going to give them a 10 star ! I also told him that if I ever have a problem from the work they did and they don't come back to fix it promptly I am changing my star to a 0 star . I explained to Barb and Dave that I am not about to refer anybody unless I know you are good. And if you let me down I will tell the world !!

I knew we had a mortar problem and hoped to put off the work until spring or summer, but with the thaw early last week, that's not how things worked out. I called Three Little Pigs in a panic when my window sill started madly leaking water. Not only did Dave come over to assess the situation within an hour of my call, but he was very thorough in explaining the problem in a way that was easy to understand. We went ahead with the work and he and his team made room in their schedule for the job in short order as I was worried about the rainfall warning the City of Toronto issued. Not only did Three Little Pigs complete the work on time and on budget, but they cleaned up so well that you'd never know they were there. Most importantly, the guarantee they make on their work is very reassuring. Thank you Three Little Pigs - I'm confident no big bad wolf will be blowing my house down!

Once upon a time there was a mean old Canadian winter that huffed and puffed at our brick house 'til it cracked up the mortar. So we call the Three Little Pigs who are well experienced with this type of damage and they knew just what to do. We called and they came and they fixed our house up. Easy, reliable and efficient. Good job guys! Thank you.

We needed to list our house immediately but first needed some stucco repair and restoring. We were told by others that this kind of work could not be done in these cold temperatures and should wait until spring. The Three Little Pigs Masonry proved otherwise. With tarps and heaters were able to complete the project in 3 days as was promised by Dave. The front of my house now looks like it was when it was new. And the nice thing about it you can't tell that we had repairs done to the house. Great job and they have my recommendations 10 star

During this winter and after the first thawing We were having water coming into our basement from cracks in my foundation wall I called numerous waterproofing specialists and all of them told me it was too cold to do anything about it now and that I should wait for spring. That is"IF" i wanted to fix it from the outside. Which David explained to me that the outside is the only correct way to waterproof. Three Little Pigs Masonry were the ONLY ones that didn't have a problem doing it while it was still freezing out. It made no sense to me to have to hire the flood specialists to come in again after the next thaw. The job was done in less then a week. We have had 2 thaws since and we have not had any moisture since. They also provided a 35 year warranty which none of the others were willing to provide.and after reviewing David's credentials , I trust this warranty ! For this I give them 10 stars I also sent pic to show how they covered and heated and pic of my wall they waterproofed.
