There are 3 factors that are important to me when hiring a contractor. The person, the quality of work and then price 1. When I met Dave I was immediately impressed with his level of knowledge. He is very experienced and when speaking with him,I knew that he was no fly by night contractor 2. I checked out previous projects that he did and even older ones were very well done. 3. He worked closely with me on price and we settled on price we were mutually satisfied with. Finally, Dave was present all the time to discuss my concerns and address them ASAP. I will hire them again this spring to go more work on my home. Big 10 for Dave and the guys!

We recently moved into our house and found we had inherited a large hole in the side of our chimney. This explained the water entering our house. Nice house warming gift from the seller. ;) Because of all the snow we have accumulated on our flat roof this winter, I really wasn't looking forward to waiting for the big melt. Trying to find someone who was willing to work on a chimney in this very cold weather was like pulling teeth. It was good to see that David was able to close in the chimney with tarps and heaters thus ensuring I was still getting a good job , "winter or no winter " Thank you Three Little Pigs for the quick response and fast completion of the project. The employees were hard working, courteous, professional and very tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

Our family is extremely happy with the backyard oasis that Dave and his men created for us. Dave worked very closely with me and my partner. I think we may have driven him a little crazy but both Dave and the guys were patient and they really listened to us. It took some time to finish it but the men were present everyday until it was complete. If you are a person who is detailed, Dave is the contractor for you. When backyard was complete, Dave had the guys clean up completely and we were able to enjoy right away. Hire them. Good people that do great work.

I hired the three little pigs to replace our roof back in last august, on our property in North York. They were competitive in pricing, They answered the phone and kept us in the loop throughout the job, from contract to completion and clean up. Because the performance was noticed by my neighbours David got 3 more jobs on our street. Very professional And very honest. I would recommend the 3- little pigs masonry and feel they warrant a 10 star rating.

We want to thank Dave and Barbra for the excellent service we received from them and the wonderful final result. Our complete property needed an landscape overhaul and we hired the Three Little Pigs last summer. Their price was in line with all others but right from the start they were I interested in our goal. From the drawings to the amour stones and all the detailed interlock, the end result was beyond. The men worked very hard throughout the stages of the work. They were patient with us and did all they could to make things great. What was amazing is that they answered all our calls and resolved any concerns we had right away. We have recommended them to co-workers, friends and family.

We contacted The Three Little Pigs Masonry to rebuild our chimney due to insurance issues. The weather was cold but they did what they could and completed as soon as weather was optimal. Great communication with Dave and the crew worked hard. Highly recommended.

We hired Three Little Pigs Masonry recently to complete a concrete sidewalk that we shared with our neighbour. Dave was very knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the project. The job was scheduled and completed as promised. We highly recommend them.

When we were ready to enhance our home with stone we called them again. Dave and crew were great to deal with. They worked hard and we are very happy with the new look of our home.
