    Fridge, filter and dishwasher, oh my!

    New fridge needed water plumbed over to it, a dishwasher plumbed in where none existed before, and a new water filtration system was all beyond the DIY capability of my husband. Called DrainCom. A lovely Santina sent over William to help us out. Quick and easy. They were both wonderful to deal with. Walked us through everything that needed to happen. I even learned a thing or two. Great experience. Will be calling them again.

    Replacement shut off valve

    I spoke to Santina on the phone who was really nice to talk to and Will came out and thoroughly explained the issue and we had him put in a new valve and everything was done in a timely, professional manner. I will definitely use DrainCom again and will recommend them to others.

    Bathroom plumbing

    Valentin did a better than expected job on both bathrooms, he did an initial visit to do a free estimate and then arrived on time to do the job. He was very efficient and delivered high quality work. Valentin is very easy to work with, super nice guy and a true professional. Thats why I highly recommend Draincom and Valentin for any plumbing work for residential or commercial!

    Fixture installation an other

    I had an excellent experience with DrainCom Inc. Val was quick to respond to my request, professional, and transparent in service required and the fees. The quality of work was great and he worked very quickly. I am very pleased with my service! I would definitely recommend Drain Com for all plumbing work including new fixture install, fixture replacement, complicated drain re-configuration, and other professional plumbing work.

    Plumbing

    I called at 8 am and they responded within the hour. Valentyn kept me informed and completed the job the same day. I was out of province, this was for my rental property everything was performed as quoted and my renter was satisfied. I will call DraainCom and ask for Valentyne for all my future plumbing needs and recommend his services.

    Kitchen renovation

    The after service is professional and the plumber too. There are not able to help you 24 hours but there are always at the appoitment in time. The owner is a really good with buisness.

    Leaky basement and upstairs pipe

    This is my second time contacting Draincom. I contacted the office and I was immediately impressive with the reception and how accommodating they were. They were the only company who was willing to send out a plumber on the same day when I had a water leak forcing me to shut off the main source. The plumber came and he took no time to access and resolve problem. He was extremely friendly but professional. So needless to I say I did not think twice on who to call when this recent plumbing issue occur. 100% satisfaction

    Leaky basement faucet.

    I called Draincom to work on my leaky basement faucet. They sent Valentyn who was both knowledgeable and friendly. He installed shut off valves which stopped the leak and explained each step as he worked.

    Clothes Washer hook up

    I requested quotes from three different plumbing services in the west end to move the hot/cold spigots for my new washer/dryer combo (being delivered next week). Draincom's quote wasn't the lowest, but only Valentyn suggested installing a direct drain and vent. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I was happy that he was available the next day to do the work. The project was started and finished today without a glitch. My wife is very happy and looking forward to her new set up. I would recommend Draincom without hesitation. The young woman who coordinated Valentyn's visit was efficient and pleasant to deal with on the phone.

    Main Valve Replacement

    Main shut-off valve was leaking in my house. I found this company on Homestars and, since they had good reviews, called them and booked an appointment. The appointment itself and the inspection was free, which was a good surprise. Valentyn came on time and was able to replace the valve without damaging the drywall around, which was not easy. After he left we noticed a very small leak near the water meter - apparently tube nut got loose. We called Valentyn and he came back and fixed the problem right away. We are very happy with DrainCom and will definitely use this company in future for all our plumbing needs.
