The technician from Drain Com (Vlad) was thorough and professional and did a very good job (camera inspection of the main drain line of my house) for a reasonable fee. I am quite satisfied with the quality of the service rendered by Drain Com.

Drain calm was quick to visit the site and give us an estimate that was reasonable and in the mid range of other estimates. They scheduled and completed the job quickly and removed all waste. I would highly recommend them!

After connecting with Drain Com on Homestars, Maria reached out to coordinate a time for them to come by to provide an estimate. They were able to come quickly at a time that worked for us. They arrived at the scheduled time, quickly assessed the issue, and provided an estimate in the middle of the expected price range. We set up a day for them to come that worked for us. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly (a few hours ahead of promised), tidied up really well, and left. They share pictures of the various stages of the work they had completed. They had to dig up the concrete floor, replace the pipe and pour more concrete. The area where they were working is behind the water heater so no one will see it, but I appreciated that they finished the job so neatly and with care. All in all, super from start to finish.

Serge was a true professional and coordinated the job seamlessly, working closely with the City inspectors to ensure all tests (ball test, slopes, cleanouts, etc.) passed on the first inspectionan impressive feat! What truly stood out was their ability to stick to the original quoted price and timeline. Even when I expanded the scope of the project to include waterproofing on one side of the house, they accommodated the change without hesitation. Drain com keep me informed as I waited my basement to fix, of which I am very satisfied. they were on time, very professional in their work attics and respectful of me. They cleaned up and I was not over-charged.

The work was done efficiently according to the job description given to me. This involved digging down to foundation level, replacing weeping tile & vertical pipe, sealing the wall. There were no surprises and the cleanup work was done very impressively. Note: I have upgraded rating to a 10 because Drain Com sent me an excellent record of pictures from the window well area during and after the excavation work. I had not totally expected this.
