    Replace broken Y connection in underground drains & install backflow preventer

    First class service from Draincom. Having had the issue diagnosed by another party we were frantic to get the problem fixed ASAP. I called Draincom late on a Friday evening at 9pm after they answered my ad. I was pleasantly surprised that Talin answered and scheduled an inspection the next day. Vlad came to inspect and provided an immediate quote for the full service to run new pipe, Y connection plus the backflow preventer and clean out, which we accepted based on price and professionalism. Draincom coordinated the locates, permit, final inspection and the necessary paperwork to apply for the available city grant for the backflow preventer. They had a last minute opening the following Friday before the long weekend and completed what was originally scheduled as a 2 day job in 1 day, thoroughly cleaned the work area and removed all garbage created. Talin & Vlad provided fantastic customer service and kept us updated with everything throughout the course of the job, their crew were also polite, diligent, hard workers, we highly recommend Draincom and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Remove old concrete slab and drain and replace it.

    Vlad and his coworkers did an excellent job - and right on time. Third time using this company. Always do a great job! And clean up afterwards. Would highly recommend them.

    Highly recommend!

    Absolutely flawless execution. They didn't stop until they located the source of the issue and then revised their approach to remedy it. I can't recommend this company enough. Quick, efficient and beyond professional and knowledgeable.

    Coldroom Waterproofing

    We had work done by DrainCom Approx. 8 years ago. We have found them to be extremely helpful and responsive. Recently we required our back up charger to be inspected. They sent a technician promptly and the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend them because they do good work and stand behind there work. Dave B.

    Camera Inspecation Drain Line Breakage
    The issue was that I was trying to determine the cause of a smell in the house after it rains. Vlad was great. He explained everything before, during and after the camera inspection. It showed that there were no blockages or breaches in the line, and that there was not another floor drain hidden under the sub-floor. He suggested some other things it could be, as well as some tests I could do myself. Price for the camera was $280+hst, which was less than some other quotes for the same job. I was given a detailed written receipt for my records. I provided my credit card information to the office staff once the job was completed. I found this to be a very professional company and I would use them again.

    Waterproofing

    Drain Com is a great company. We called them after having many issues with our former contractor. We hired what we thought was a licensed contractor, but he wasn't. The job was supposed to take about 2 months. After many excuses and in the 3rd month we fired this contractor. Drain Com came in and repaired or replaced all the things our former contractor did wrong. They were great. Every time we called they answered our questions. We would highly recommend Drain Com. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Their price was competitive. They itemized the job so we were able do some of the prep work which lowered the overall cost. We recommend this company highly!

    Emergency Water Supply Replacement

    We have used Draincom a couple of times over the years including to do full waterproofing of our basement probably 15 years ago, and most recently to help us with an emergency water supply replacement. Our supply line burst under our front lawn which meant we had to get the City to shut of our water entirely so had no water at all. I called them right away and Talin answered live in the evening and did an AMAZING job of taking care of us, even though they were fully booked. Vlad was there the following morning to scope it out while Talin got the location services looked after and the next day Serge and the crew were there and worked into the night to get it done, including digging down, torpedoing a new hole and replacing the supply line. Great people, hard working, friendly and professional. Also put everything right back and left it in really good shape. Can't recommend them enough!
