    Replace clay sewer pipes with PVC

    I hired this company to give me an estimate to replace my clay sewer pipes in April 2020. Serge came and gave me a FREE estimate using a camera to go down into the pipes. Other companies would charge me over $200-$300 and would only deduct the price if we went with them. The price I got was almost half the price of another company! And still the least expensive of all of the estimates I got, but I got good quality. A large crew came and did the work in two days It was a big job because they had to dig a 12 foot trench in my driveway. Only minor issues were no masks were worn by the crew (they were mostly outdoor but did some indoor work) and there was a minor dent in my drywall when they brought the pipes into the basement that I only noticed after the job was done.

    main drain repair

    Drain Com replaced a broken main drain in my property. They were prompt, professional, careful, and they did the job in one day and for a very reasonable rate. Good job and good communication.

    Great company and team to work with!

    I was looking for a company who could disconnect my downspout and cap my drain pipe. I was fortunate enough to find DrainCom. All members for their team were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Special shout out to Talin, Vlad and Jerry who made this a positive experience and for giving me peace of mind. I highly recommend DrainCom and I would not hesitate to use them again.

    Rain Water Leak into Basement due to Improper connection to foundation drain

    I did research and contacted Drain Com based on their reviews and I was Happy that I made the right choice in availing the services of Drain Com. Mr Serge who inspected the cause of the problem was able to make the right diagnosis for corrective remedial action.He is highly professional.His crew mainly Mr.Dimitris was extremely efficient,cordial and very methodical. His work was very neat and clean. He cleansed the area connected with his work and left it in a meticulous condition.Ms Talin who was my contact at Drain Com was equally efficient in liaising with me and the the team to have a smooth and effective operation of their services. I have a 15 year warranty from them for the work performed. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a similar problem.

    Backwater valve and sanitary lateral replacement

    I highly recommend DrainCom! We had them install a new backwater valve and replace the sanitary lateral sewer line from the city line to the house. They are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They respond quickly and easily diagnosed the problem. They employ highly skilled workers who arrive punctually and do a superb job. They often go above and beyond the call of duty. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again. We have already recommended them to others!

    Honest, reliable, quality

    This is the second time ive used Drain Com for a plumbing related issue. First was for a sump pump replacement and the second for a toilet/septic back up. I really value these guys. They’re honest, caring, and professional. Without a doubt I’ll call them first before anyone else for future issues. I have high trust in them. Thanks to Maria, Yuri, and Val for their help.

    Great experience!

    Had water coming through my basement floor and tree roots growing in my new house's outflow. Serge came over promptly and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. where other companies jumped to conclusions and pushed the most expensive option, Serge listened and offered many different options. We ended up giving them a big project, but they delivered! Great crew, very professional and we're happy our basement is now dry!

    Very knowledgeable

    Cracked foundation. They new what to do. Tested everything and gave an educated diagnostic. Offered multiple options. Cheap, medium and expensive. No pressure to do any. They treated this project like it was their house.

    Leak from upstairs bathroom to cieling

    Valentin was very prompt, professional, personable and neat. On the first day he did his best to find the leak but it continued. The second day he was able to promptly trouble shoot the situation and solve it. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and Valentin. We found a new plumber for life.

    Second Time Using this Company, Excellent Work Once Again!

    This was actually the second time we went with this company. They did an excellent job with a previous job fixing a drainage issue at the front of our house and installing a back flow valve. This time around we needed to do some waterproofing and installation of a sump pump in the backyard of our home. It was difficult to get to as we had no rear or side access to the area. The only access was through the front basement entrance leading to the yard. There were a few contractors that were hesitant to take the job because of this issue, but DrainCom and their crew said they would make it work. And they did! The best part about this company is their dedication to customer service and their prompt and professional communication. We live in the United States currently and because of the pandemic, we were not able to come home to be there in person to deal with the renovations. DrainCom made it very easy for us to communicate and manage the project remotely and were very understanding of our situation. We highly recommend this company for all drainage and waterproofing work!
