    Basement technical inspection

    We urgently needed a basement technician specialist for our newly purchased home to check everything in terms of waterproofing, mould, potential cracks and checking the drains. Maria was very understanding and worked to find someone to squeeze into the roster on a busy day. Sergio, the technician lead, was very knowledgeable - they checked everywhere diligently, inside and out, and provided some recommendations to ensure the longevity of the home. He conducted his work very professionally. He checked everything and did not upsell any unrequired services, even when I probed. Very reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommended!!

    Sump pump’s install

    I had a big problem with water leaking in my basement. I tried calling a numerous amount of water proofing companys and could not seem to get a straight answer or reasonable quote. I than called Draincom. Needless to say this company is great and left me 100% satisfied. I would like highly recommend them to anyone requiring their service.

    Fantastic and trustworthy service

    From first meeting Vlad we knew they were the right team to deal with an very unfortunate situation where a tree root had grown into our main sewage line. This is a huge, unexpected and expensive job that required immediate attention. Vlad took his time to walk us through the process and outline what was needed with no smoke and mirrors. His team showed up exactly when they said they would and worked diligently from morning until night to get it done. They even did a remarkable job cleaning up our front yard before leaving. We were so grateful for Draincom's professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommend!

    Basement Weeper Install

    There is no good time for basement water damage and what is needed is someone that you believe is honest and not taking advantage of the situation. Upon meeting Serge, my wife and I noticed he was different, he got down on the floor, visually looked into drains and gave clear options to look at to keep costs down and did so at a few times during the project. Overall we got that trusted "uncle" vibe and we went with Drain Com. Then came the actual project -- the crew of 4 were absolutely stellar. The boys did what I thought wold be number of days at best in less than 48 hours. Demolition, concrete removal around the perimeter - new membrane, weeping tile, sump pit and discharge installation. Aside from doing the work well and fast they did a few extra little things not because I asked but because it just made sense to do. My dad now retired and had some experience was impressed with everything too. 1,000% recommend

    Basement Toilet Flange

    Vlad and his team did excellent comprehensive work. I had damaged our old basement toilet flange (lead...who knew...). I got in touch via homestars and they did the work the following morning. They were clean, quick, and reliable. There were a few extra Y connections and they were included. Their price is also reasonable.

    Sewer pipe replacement and backwater valve installation

    From start to finish, DrainCom showed a genuine interest in the problem I was facing (a collapsed drain) Talin in particular showed meticulous attention to detail that instilled confidence in the services offered by DrainCom. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring a thorough understanding of my needs were truly commendable. It was clear from the outset that DrainCom takes customer satisfaction seriously. Working closely with Vlad during his first visit to my home through the ongoing planning phase further emphasized the impressive knowledge and contagious enthusiasm that defines DrainCom.     Install a new drain and clear existing drain

    Serge was punctual, protected my floors with drop cloths, and explained what he was doing. If his original strategy didn't work, he was ready to try a different approach to make sure that he completed the necessary work. He had a crew of 2 men with him and they all did agreat job and left my home as clean as when they entered. His price was reasonable and competitive and I would definitely recommend him.

    Basement waterproofing

    Staff is very professional knowledgeable! The service was fast job was done quick and the leaky basement was fixed ! Great team I would recommend to everyone to solve any wet basement issues !
