My neighbor is building a house next to mine. As part of the construction, the mutual walkway needed to be redone. The contractor that was hired laid a horrible slab, with most of the concrete pouring water directly onto my walls. This caused numerous basement leaks. After contacting DrainCom, Carl came to my house to inspect the area. He was extremely helpful and answered any and all of my inquiries about the job. I must’ve called Carl a few more times since agreeing to do the job with questions; he was knowledgeable, extremely polite and patient with me. The crew arrived a few days after, completing the entire job in just 3 days. They were extremely careful not to damage anything around the work site and answered more of my inquiries with ease. Upon completion of the work, they even cleaned up the whole site – it’s as if nothing happened. I’m posting this after 2 major thunderstorms and I have yet to see any moisture in the basement. I’m extremely happy with the work done and would definitely use DrainCom for any future projects.

Serge and the boys did such a great job on my rental building that I had them out to do another leaky foundation for me. This one was a much larger job, and it was evident when they started that the issue was worse than what we all originally anticipated. Instead of calling for meetings, taking time to discuss additional costs or shortcuts, Draincom sent a few extra guys out for the next day and they powered through - on time and on budget. Hopefully I'll never need them again, but if I do, I will certainly call Draincom!

Draincom did a great job. They showed up on time, kept me informed, worked hard and left no mess. Even the plumbing inspector was happy. I would highly recommend them.

Serge provided me an assessment and various options to address the wet basement problems I had. He provided knowledgeable advice and practical solutions that would address the issue and was mindful of budgetary constraints. He worked closely with his team lead, Alex who in turn provided excellent onsite oversight of the work. The job was done on time, to a very high quality, with friendly workers. The level of professionalism is at the highest rate. All employees of Draincom are efficient, respectful of homeowner's property, neat, and honest. Everything that was needed to be done was done in a timely manner. I have dealt with this company while renovating quite a few properties, and will deffinitely hire them again without a doubt. DrainCom was recommended to me by my contractor while he was renovating my basement kitchen. I had a recurring water leak every spring and I wanted to make sure it was taken care of before we put in the new kitchen. The team came in and fixed the problem in one day....they checked the drain with a camera to make sure it was clear of roots, dug up the floor, put in a proper drain system and finished off by wrapping the walls in a waterproof membrane.After explaining the process to me they made sure everything was clean and all the garbage was removed. I would highly recommend this company for anyone with a basement leak!!!!

First off i would like to say that i was greatly impressed with the service and workmanship DrainCom had provided. I called DrainCom because sewage water was coming into my basement from my floor drain. I spoke to the receptionist who had send Carl to assess the situation first thing in the morning. Carl had showed up ON TIME and was very polite and very respectful of my property. Carl had showed me what the problem was and outlined how the problem could be fixed. Before any work had began i was given a detailed quote which outlined the price and work that was to take place. NO SURPRISES. DrainCom finished the job on time and left the work site spotless. DrainCom had gone above and beyond my expectations and was a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!!!

We bought house last year. Last winter basement foundation start leaking in many place. Alex and his team come done perfect job for us. They protect the working area, our landscape , fence ..... They checked our storm system make sure it not been blocked and clean. They offered reasonable price and We are very satisfy with their job. We have highly recommend them to our friend who need get the waterproof service.

Today, the waterproofing work to fix the cracks in my house was completed. Your company did a good job.Your technician, Slava arrived within the appointed time, were polite and most importantly were exceptionally neat. This is the first time ever that I had work performed on the house and the work crew left the site exactly as they found it. I am Very glad i have chose this company.Many times sales brochures, salesmen's promises when translated into actual completion of the job is worlds apart. I will most definitely recommend you to my neighbors.

Draincom assessed the problem, provided a reasonable quote and sent out Vasyl and Sasha to do the repairs. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased. They were the only company that dug out the ground with shovels, rather than using a backhoe and by doing saved our landscaping. Great job!
