    plumbing repair

    We have used Waterworks since the mid-1990's. Had them back for a leaky drain. Call was quickly arraged and carried out. Michael shows as much professionalism and enthousiasm as ever.

    Washroom plumbing and toilets

    I had a leak in one of my taps and both toilets were not working properly. The technicians went in on time and fixed all the issues. I got a discount for the work they did and everyone was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. A few days later there was a problem with a toilet and they followed up with with problem immediately free of charge. I would highly recommend their professional services.

    Kitchen water filter repair

    Couldn't be more thrilled with the service I received from Water Works Plumbing. The service was quick and the repair was done correctly the first time. Would strongly recommend Water Works Plumbing!

    hot water heater discussion

    Michael Yuffa was extremely helpful in providing all of the options for our hot water circulation problem. We decided not to make a purchase decision right away because of the cost, but we were provided with many different options to consider. The service was great.

For example they would be getting hot water out of the cold line, which could lead to a cracked toilet tank and cause a major flood.     Hot water problems - mystery

    I had mystery lost of hot water throughout my house. Called waterworks and next morning Michael Yuffa knocked on my door. It took him les than 5 minutes to determine problem and in next hour or so problem was solved. Very efficient guy. I don't have to mention that I was very happy. Will strongly recommend. PS. Only price was quite high. 525 for replacing a valve...but when you don't have choice...

    Replaced Sump Pump

    My sump pump broke. Mike was on site the same day I called it in. He was willing to replace it immediately. Explainined everything I needed to know, was fair in his costing. Great service...thanks

    Ceiling drip, hiddlen leak

    Evening hours advertised got me to make the call, and from there every little thing, from setting an appointment and minimizing the mess to hunting down the leak and getting it fixed - these guys were professional, considerate and thorough. When something is wrong with the plumbing, they're the ones to call. Thanks Michael and Domenicu! No more waterworks in the dining room.

    Kitchen faucet replace

    I tried to remove the old Kohler faucet myself but gave up.So I called several plumbers and I chose Water Works becuase they offered a very competitive service and very friendly office staff.Mike came out on time and carried a great faucet on the truck which he installed and my wife will be pleased.     Plugged Kitchen Sink and Basement Bathroom SInk

    Once again we used Water Works Plumbing and were very pleased. Our kitchen sink was plugged up and I was pressed for time to have a dinner party ready at our house Friday night. They showed up right on time and solved our problems for a reasonable fee. They are definitely a "Keeper". I highly recommend them and have used them before. Carolyn In Allenby.

    Kitchen sink unclog, etc.

    We were very impressed with the services provided by Water Works. Michael, Master Plumber, was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgable. We appreciated that he was able to come on such short notice and that he also phoned to let us know when he was held up briefly due to an unexpected development at a previous customer.
