Alija, the plumber, was excellent...respectful, knowledgeable, tidy and friendly. Because a previous plumbing contractor didn't solve our issue, Alija solved the issue, but the service was extremely costly with every procedure added. The problem was caused by piping that had sagged and the grease collected causing blockage. If that length of pipe had been initially replaced (no fault of Alija), we would have saved $1200. Alija doesn't set the prices or choose the quality of the replacement parts, that is the company's responsibility and he works with what he is given. Overall, the company response to all issues was A+. Make sure the company has camera capability to investigate the plumbing issue. This was never offered. This is a competitive industry, so reviews are important. Hints: don't plunge a sink, as the seals will break and then you have an additional problem. Snaking may not solve a grease buildup. Ask costs for snaking, flushing and replacement parts in the initial call.
