    Michael arrived within a couple of hours of opening a service call and fixed our clogged basement sink issue in under an hour besides. He was professional, very friendly, and courteous throughout the visit. The cost of repair was fair and he was also able to help us prioritize a future faucet replacement for a later visit. Absolute lifesaver for us today, thank you Waterworks!

    Unclog drain and sewage pipes: Drain slow or clogged, Sewer smells...
    We had a blockage in our sewage pipe and it was quickly removed by snaking the part outside the home via the clean-out access point. Ethan did a stellar job describing the options at hand, making recommendations and giving a clear price breakdown before starting the work. WaterWorks is probably on the higher side when it comes to costs for their services, but their outstanding ratings, good communication (was called twice to be informed about the arrival time) as well as their proficient technician convinced me that they're worth every penny.
