    Michael did a great job in a timely fashion. He replaced our washroom faucet and taps in no time flat. It is great to be able to support a local family business that is 100% Canadian.

    Clear Drain Clog or Blockage
    While the issue was not permanently fixed after the snaking, turns out someone dropped something solid into the toilet that got wedged in there and caused a partial blockage. Their proposed solution to replace the toilet turned out to be the correct fix when I brought in my regular plumber for a second opinion. A bit on the pricey side but they are responsive to plumbing emergencies which is a definite plus.

    Faucet replacement and faucet repair...hammering in pipes fixed!!!

    Epic hammering in pipes fixed. The entire house was shaking. Two faucets bought/installed/repaired. Love my quiet house again.

    Professional and Efficient

    Sewage Flood Repair

    The basement was flooded with sewage due to a major rainstorm. This company quickly answered the call for help; within a week we had the diagnosis of the root cause, and the repairs were completed. Repair involved substantial digging in the front yard and installation of a backwater valve which was done carefully avoiding damage to surrounding shrubs/garden. Communications were effective and timely including answering questions posed by insurance and government agencies.

    Cleared drain

    I called WaterWorks yesterday and spoke to Rupinder, who was very helpful. She took a detailed description of my drain issue and let me know that someone would be able to come to address my issue later that day. Michael from WaterWorks came that afternoon to look at my drain and provided me with a detailed estimate of costs and procedures so that I could make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed. Michael was able to diagnose the issue and went the extra mile to ensure that the drain was open again. Both Michael and Rupinder were very professional and communicative. I will definitely call WaterWorks again if I have plumbing issues.

    Outstanding prompt service.

    Water was coming down from the upstairs bathroom, into the living room and dining room. Waterworks responded to my request in Homestars, within 15 minutes, and sent a plumber within one and a half hours. The plumber, Ethan, diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave us an estimate for repairs. He was polite, and explained everything to us. I would recommend them.

    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    The actual work to repair a broken cartridge on my shower faucet was excellent. The expert who completed the repair, Ethan, did very good work and finished the job efficiently and with professionalism. I would happily recommend Ethan and the work he did. However, the resulting repair on the tap and faucet meant that eight shower tiles were removed, so the next step was repairing those tiles. Waterworks gave me an estimate for more than $6,500 to repair eight tiles. I went with another company that did an exceptional job for less than $1000. And that's the problem with Waterworks. It's totally disrespectful to the customer to attempt to rip them off with an outrageous cost to repair eight tiles. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. So, I can't recommend this company because I find their business ethics are questionable. Waterworks has since responded to my review with additional information, so I've updated my rating and my review. I'd advise anyone hiring any contractor for any service to check carefully to see that the estimate matches the actual work required. It avoids misunderstandings like this!
