    Excellent service. Technician (Alija) arrived as scheduled. Emailed and called to indicate he was on his way. Work was completed quickly and very efficiently.

    Ceiling water leak

    Pleasant service rep, but spent less than half an hour to tell us nothing he could do after tearing hole in cieling and charged excessive 577 dollars. Very disappointed and feel way over charged

    Excellent service

    Ethan came out quickly on a Sunday to fix a leak coming from behind a wall. He quickly figured out the problem, did the minimum amount of drywall removal and expertly fixed the issue. His advise was also helpful on a couple of other issues... an inefficient and problematic toilet and my RO water filtration He was polite, respectful and also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend this company and Ethan for your plumbing needs.

    Unclogged drain, replaced part of faucet

    Rupinder was very quick to respond and had Michael out within a few hours of my initial contact. Michael himself was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped diagnose the issues quickly and was upfront about costs without pressing it. He got the jobs I needed done within an hour of arriving. Great service.

    Bathtub drain fix

    A broken drain fixture from our bathtub was leaking into our kitchen ceiling and needed to be replaced. From lightning quick response to great service to some innovative problem solving and sound advice, Alija and Rupinder have been great to work with.

    Ensuite Shower Stall repairs

    Very pleased with Waterworks Michael was very knowledgeable and available to determine the problem quickly and what needed to be done. Alex and his assistant worked quickly and were able to get their part of project done quickly. They arrived on time and cleaned and removed the debris after removing the shower pan and drain pipe installing new pan, drain and tiles. Michael and Ethan were able resolve the tap replacement problem which allowed the shower work to be completed on time. At the same time there were a couple unrelated to shower issues and work was completed taking the time to ensure the work was completed properly and all issues around the shower stall resolved. Rupinder in the office was excellent in get the appointments booked and informing me to the timing and who was coming- and they arrived on time. She also made sure I received all the documents required for get the work approved by the condo management. They are returning next week to complete additional work that was not part of the original project as it was determined there were potential issues in the 2nd bathroom.

    water faucet connection

    Michael was professional and courteous in our dealings. Service call was made within 24 hrs. Excellent service and Michael offered feedback on sump pump he installed a few years and a leaking shower.
