    Clogged basement drain

    Our basement drain was clogged and overflowing intermittently for 3 weeks. We decided to call Waterworks on a Monday evening and their dispatch team immediately sent someone over to our home for inspect. Michael, who I recognized as the owner from the website, provided a quick assessment, and plainly laid out the alternatives, and associated pricing. He was not pushy, and did not recommend “everyone on the menu”. I trusted his judgment, and he was able to get our drain unclogged in relatively short order. His experience was apparent, though more than willing to answer all the simple questions I had. To boot, we had a great conversation after all the work was done. Would whole-heartedly recommend Michael and his team, and we will definitely be calling Waterworks again for our next plumbing issue.

    Plugged Main Drain

    I called Waterworks for a plugged main drain with tree roots blocking the pipe. They were very courteous and promised service in 2 hrs. Michael showed up within that time and very helpful in dealing with the issues (yes, there were more than one issue). He took the time to solve the problem, including the RootX treatment and throughout the work explained what he was doing and why. I was very happy with the whole experience.

    2 Sump pumps installed with alarm for malfunctioming sump pump.

    Michael and Natasha at the queensway location were great again at getting our plumbing issues fixed quickly. They are the ones we call for plumbing problems always.

    Remove broken and leaking instant hot water dispense and replace with new unit. Also repair two leaking toilets

    Mike was professional, courteous and did an excellent job. The instant hot water installation was complex as it involved disconnecting and removing a garburator as well as a water filter in addition to replacing the old broken and leaking unit

    Faucets replaced

    We needed to replace both our kitchen and bathroom sink and Samuel did an excellent job at a reasonably great price. Would definitely recommend them and will use them for future plumbing work.

    Kitchen sink drain repair

    Michael was on-time (we got service within 24 hours which was key for us!), very friendly and focused on meeting our needs (and nothing more). Will be my go-to for future plumbing jobs, without question.

    Pipe Repair

    We had a leak in a pipe for our clawfoot bath tub. Water Works were very quick to respond to our email and were very quick to schedule an appointment to fix the issue. They were very transparent about their pricing structure and also very trustworthy in how they stand by their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

    Kitchen pipe replacements

    Michael did a great job replacing the pipes under our kitchen sink. We would definitely recommend him to others.

    Great service, again!

    I was having trouble with a leaking shower cartridge. I was having issues extracting the cartridge and needed assistance. I called Water Works and Michael came out to help, on a Sunday!! After assessing the situation, Michael got me on the right path. I ended up repairing the shower myself, but Michael's help was invaluable.I have used Water Works in the past and would not hesitate to call them or refer someone to them in the future!

    Confident

    I had Mike come in to assess the installation of an old dishwasher. We determined that the machine wasn't up to snuff and that the money would be better spent getting a new machine, with installation from the vendor. So while he didn't end up doing the work for me I very much appreciated his candour, honesty, and had a great conversation as well.
