    Minor repair of exterior pipe

    I recently contacted WaterWorks after locating the company through positive reviews on HomeStars. Natasha responded to my inquiry promptly, professional and was very friendly. We were able to arrange an appointment quickly. Prior to the appointment time, Natasha contacted me again to confirm the time and to send a photo of the plumber who would be arriving for the service. Michael arrived on time, even though he was traveling some distance, in rush hour traffic. The repair was completed quickly and Michael was also very professional and pleasant and to chat with. In addition he provided some information not related to the job that was being completed that was very helpful. Afterwards, Natasha followed up to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I had a great experience with WaterWorks and would recommend them.

    Brilliant Tushy Installation

    We had made a mess of our toilet and portable bidet (Tushy) by trying to install it ourselves. Michael and Waterworks to the rescue. There was a lot of work to do to order and shop for parts, plus undoing the damage we had already done. Michael worked with us for several days, incrementally to ensure all pieces came together. He's an innovator and can splice and hack beautifully. If you are installing a portable bidet (Tushy or Toto) don't try it yourself. Call Michael.     Toilet and bathtub repairs

    Last Thursday Waterworks Plumbing gave us excellent service! Natasha at the office was amazing. He was curteous, unflappable and well organized. We had no concern that Michael would not arrive fully informed and prepared to fix our plumbing problems. Initially Michael came out to fix our toilet. He worked with us to try to provide the most cost effective and reliable fix which turned out to be a new toilet. It was installed right away. As well, we had a dripping shower faucet which required a new cartridge. This repair was also done on the spot. When Michael left us , we felt extremely well treated and happy with the professional service provided. We highly recommend Waterworks. Thanks Micheal and Natasha William and Sandra

    Clogged kitchen sink

    I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from waterworks! I called in on Sunday just after 9:00am and Aaron, the plumber arrived by 10:30am. Aaron was so polite and courteous. I showed him the problem and he was confident he could fix it with a powered snake. Within 10mins my kitchen clog was history! He advised me that I had multiple clogs of grease and food build up. Aaron was so thorough to ensure everything was in good working order, he even told me what I could do to prevent any future clogs. Thank you Aaron and Waterworks!

    Leaking shut-off valve

    This is a very professional and reliable company. I received fast and excellent service to replace a leaking valve used to shut off the water to the backyard. I got continuous feedback about my appointment, Natasha updated me both through calls and email, so I knew exactly when Michael would arrive. Michael was friendly and efficient. he took the time to explain and show me everything. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received.

    toilet repair or replacement

    My toilet was not flushing fully. I took the lid off the tank and couldn't see anything obvious. It's 17 years old, and I thought it might need to be replaced. I called Waterworks, Natasha at their office was friendly and efficient, and scheduled an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. She explained that if I needed a new toilet, they would have one on the truck so it could be installed right away. No need for a second appointment! Michael, a Master Plumber, arrived on time. He looked at the toilet and explained that he could auger it, which might clear the blockage, or that I could get a new toilet, and prices of both options. I decided to geo with a new toilet, as they are more water efficient. He explained the different features of the how toilets work, and I feel much more knowledgeable now. He did all the work quickly, efficiently and tidily. I highly recommend this firm and will use them again for my plumbing needs. Michael mentioned they service tankless hot water heaters, so that will be my next call to them.

    Installed new InSinkerator/Garburator

    Our Garburator was not working properly so we called Waterworks. Aaron P arrived and, after examining our existing Garburator, explained that unfortunate it could not be fixed. He then presented us with 2 clear options going forward, explained the work and price points. In the end, we chose to have Aaron install a brand new Garburator - which he did quickly and efficiently. Before wrapping up and leaving Aaron made sure we understood the fearures of our new Garburator, how to use it and how to avoid trouble. He - and Waterworks - were terrific!

    Great plumbing service

    Had a dishwasher drainage issue. Aaron arrived an hour after I called Water Works Plumbing. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He did various tests and came up with the problem. Have used his services before and would highly recommend Aaron, And Water Works plumbing

    repair kitchen sink leak; installed shower in bathroom

    I have dealt with two different plumbers from this company and I would say that their service is constantly friendly, timely and very very good. I have particularly been impressed at how service oriented they are. They have been able to come quickly when I called, made sure that I was happy with the service before they left, and came back quickly (and at no cost) when I had a small problem that needed to be fixed. In general I have found my plumbers and will not call anyone else from now on. I am very very happy with this company and would highly recommend.

    Faucet replacement

    We had issues with no hot water in our faucet. Michael was professional and fixed it quickly and it works great! Clean work he even recycled out old tap! Thanks Shaleen
