    Home Plumbing - Leaking Toilet

    Water Works was prompt in their reply and was able to send over a plumber (Aaron) quickly. Aaron was really friendly and helpful. He fixed a leaking toilet and helped provide tips on how to avoid any future complications. He went above and beyond the job, I'd use the service again and ask for him specifically.

    Leak in Bathroom, Backed up drain

    First and foremost I want to Thank the team at Waterworks for their professionalism and help. From the time we called until the work was finished everything was handled in a timely and organized manner. Michael was very patient as we had to wait for an approval to do the work from our landlord. All pricing was up front and transparent. Once the approval was received the office contacted us and Michael completed the repair the next morning. I must say I have found my permanent Plumbing company and I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone requiring this type of service.

    Loose damaged faucet

    Loose kitchen faucet and handle, Waterworks ordered the new parts and got the maker to pay. I was kept informed from start to finish. Very pleased with Waterworks.

    Great service

    First I have to thank Jennifer for writing a review that showed me dumb mistakes are okay and fixable. I had poked a hole in the U pipe under the kitchen sink, trying to find a clog. So Aaron showed up, chuckled and said that happens more often than you would think, then he explained everything, gave me prices for the various things that he might find and want to fix, then he replaced that piece of pipe with something from this century, that has an access point just for removing clogs, how clever, and poof it was all fixed and done in less than an hour. A very pleasant resolution and I would call them again.

    Three plumbing repairs including new toilet

    From the initial contact to follow up call this company where absolutely fabulous. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends who have similar types of work. Excellent experience.

    Mixing valve replacement

    Waterworks sent Aaron. He was very polite, professional and very pleasant. He explained things every step of the way. I would definitely contact Waterworks and Aaron for future plumbing needs.

    Leaky Kitchen Sink

    This is the second time we've used Water Works and the first time having Aaron as a service technician. Aaron was amazing. His recommendations and attention to detail showed he's a total professional. We'd used Water Works and Aaron for any future plumbing work - which I'm sure we'll have!!

    Fast, Professional Service

    Our sink drain was complete blocked, and after opening the pipe and trying snake the drain ourselves to no avail, we decided to call the professionals. Natasha was great and able to arrange for a quote on the same day. Even thought they arrange on the same day they were still able to work around my schedule. Aaron come and take a look of the situation and able to give us a quote right away. We decide to have the work done right then and he was able to fix the blockage within 25 mins. The work was done fast and professionally. I am very satisfy with their work.

    Great service and fast resolution of leaking pipe issue

    Aaron from Water Works was excellent! We had a leaking pipe behind the wall in our basement bathroom and he was quickly able to identify the issue, was clear about the work required to address it, and completed the repair on the spot. He took care when completing the repairs and also provided an inspection of all the other plumbing in our home. I highly recommend Aaron and the team at Water Works.
