I used Miracle several months ago to move out of Toronto temporarily, and I remain a very happy repeat customer after my recent move back into Toronto. In both of my moving experiences with Miracle, everyone I spoke to and interacted with was kind, courteous, and responsive throughout all parts of the move process. I spoke with Gary to get a moving quote, and he was quick to respond to all of my many questions in advance. It turns out they had a list of my items on file from my previous move, so all I had to do was update the list for my move back to the city! In addition, when my landlord asked for an Insurance certificate prior to my move, They were quick to respond to this request as well. On the morning of my move, the two movers arrived with their truck on time (a welcome courtesy in and of itself), and moved my items quickly and efficiently. All were very professional and very respectful, and, of course, careful with everything from my large furniture to many boxes of books and personal items. The movers were able to navigate my small apartment spaces (doors/hallways included) with ease, and are clearly capable local professionals who know how to handle the special challenges of moving to/from/around this area. All of this is to say, I very highly recommend Miracle on all levels. They are efficient, professional, careful, and all around decent. I remain a happy customer, pleased with both of my experiences with the company. Thank you for making the stressful experience of moving less stressful!
