    Moving from apt to house

    The two gentleman who came worked tirelessly over the course of 10 hours. They unassembled the furniture and re-assembled it at our new place. However, we had requested the company to assemble a newly purchased bed as per our discussion at the time of booking but the two movers said they don't do new assemblies. I told them the office told me otherwise but they said they always do that and it's not fair because they were not told. Apparently it is common practice for office staff to agree to this and not tell the movers. This especially sucked because the guys could not get our bed from apartment up to the stairs - though no fault of their own it still left us bedless and without the new bed assembled it was a rough first few days. I had no problem with the movers, I thought they were great but staff at office was not so nice and for that reason will likely not recommend them.

Our movers provide assembly service as a courtesy, they are not specifically trained. We also do specify in our FAQ section that we do not guarantee assembly of new items if they are still in their original box. When movers dismantle an item, they can then reassemble it back, because they know how it was dis-assembled. That is the reason why we do not guarantee assembly, if there was no disassembly done by our movers. We are sorry to hear that our agent advised otherwise.     Lightning speed

    I had a 1 bed apt amount of stuff to move to a storage space, not a huge move by any means but I was really worried the movers would drag their feet and it would end up costing much more than the 2 hour minimum on the day of the move. My fears were quickly evaporating as they worked very quickly and efficiently and were done in two hours. They loaded the storage space much quicker than I thought they would and the bill was reasonable. I was delighted with their service!

    Out in a flash

    Thanks for coming out in a flash and moving my beloved antique upright ! It wasn't easy, but it was done professionally, quickly, and very much appreciated. You and your guys were great. Highly recommend !!

    No slowing

    I moved several big stuffs of mine to my new apartment. It was more than 15 kilometers away. At first I was a bit concerned that the moving will take more than 3 hours and the movers will slowing their work. But no, they worked very professional and fast, and finished the work in 2.5 hours. It was a really value for money hiring Miracle Movers, so thanks to them.

    Not too much trouble

    Miracle were excellent in all areas of helping and organising our removal from Burlington. The relocation manager organised everything and nothing was too much trouble for him. The onsite team were excellent and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them . Even when we decided to move furniture out of one room into another. As we are elderly their help was invaluable and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    Title: Totally impressed

    From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Miracle Movers Services. The crew who actually moved us worked diligently and timely to get this move done. They were a great team. They arrived right on time both days, and proceeded to carefully pack and load everything in the truck from the house and then unpack and unload it all into the condo. Furniture was placed where I wanted it, and boxes were put in the rooms where I directed them to go. I was totally impressed by the entire move... they did a great job! The salesman and staff were all so easy to work with. I highly recommend Miracle Movers!

    Packing strategy

    Extremely professional crew. Had all the supplies that were required (if needed), called and confirmed the appointment and packed our truck efficiently and securely. They wrapped all the furniture, took apart what was needed, and kept everything together. When we unpacked at our new home in Montreal, we had another company help us unpack and even they mentioned how impressed they were with the packing strategy. Love these guys!

    Overall game plan provided.

    Good day! Our move went as follows: My family moved from Thunder Bay to Toronto. the movers came and surveyed our belongings and provided an overall game plan. They worked extremely swiftly and diligently. they packed up the truck expertly and were able to complete the relocation with just one load, which I had my reservations about! There were no damages whatsoever to items or walls etc. Thank you Miracle movers. Anyone who is moving needs to use this company to take their load on board.

    Spread the word

    The first phone to Gary, to the last detail of moving was handled professionally and cheerful. I spent 35 years in the service industry and the folks at Miracle Movers hit every key when dealing with clients. I was very impressed withe the movers also and I will continue to spread the good word with my friends and collegues.

    Very specific

    Miracle Movers moved from 3 bedroom house to 4 bedroom house 25 miles away. What a great company! their website made the estimation easy. they contacted me right away with specifics. they were knowledgeable and professional. they delivered plenty of boxes and packing material, and I only paid for what I used. the crew (4 men) was on time, worked extremely hard, and was very organized. they started to work immediately upon arrival. I had to ask them to stop for lunch, which they did after working 6 hours. they packed everything that we hadn't already packed, and wrapped all furniture. only one bookcase sustained minor damage, which they repaired on the spot. no damage to either house.They took it apart and wrapped the pieces, and had no trouble moving it out or in. The move took 9 hours, with a total cost around $2400, which is a little less than I expected. I tipped $300. would definitely hire them again.
