    Border joy

    I just wanted to convey my thanks to Miracle Movers in assisting me with my cross border move from Long Island NY to Toronto. We felt very supported by those in the office, quickly and respectfully answering all our questions and making sure all the paperwork and Customs clearances were done properly for this type of move. The movers themselves were outstanding, understanding to our needs and just stand up guys basically. It was a pleasure to see our goods moving out in your truck, so clean and well equipped. Mixed emotions at leaving our old place, but it working out so seamlessly, really helped. Well done to everyone on making our new life easier!

    Blink and you will miss it

    Extremely efficient guys, they packed us in insanely quickly. Make sure you are ready for them with your night bag well hidden because they will pack anything they see, blink and you'll miss it! They packed the boxes and furniture in the truck really well, nothing was damaged at all in the move. Great service.

    Went like clockwork

    The service we received from Miracle Movers was absolutely first Class. The whole experience was exceptional. Helpful and polite. The removal day went like clockwork. The movers were punctual and the van was loaded quickly! The unloading was also good. Alex and Vlad worked hard and they really were great! I could not recommend this firm more highly. Thank for a great service!!

    Mover Serge and Max Excellent! Customer Service Terrible!

    My husband and I are truly grateful, we had a very large move although very short distance move and it was chaotic and we chose Miracle Movers as they also have re-usable boxes/totes which I decided on last minute and the delivered early am. It started off well however customer service truly lacking, miscommunication on the bin picks and invoicing process was terrible MM expects you to pay in full end of the move however do not give you a copy but then never sends the invoice and when asked they blame the customer for not asking was very frustrating! I actually wrote this review right after the move and gave 10 stars until everything that followed after with the bins was a huge cluster. As for the 3 movers Serge, Max and Eric, very professional they arrived on time assessed the workload and inventory. It was a 7.5 hr move and I was super impressed by their energy and organizational skills, they truly made it look easy and seemed to take pride in the work that they do especially Serge and Max they are both powerhouses! We have moved a few times and this move although chaotic was less stressful thanks to Serge and Max they assembled everything and really all we now how to worry about is unpacking boxes. Thanks again Serge, Max and Eric Miracle Moves should be very proud to have you as part of their team as your a good example of the value they provide and enhanced customer experience!

    Movers

    Great company their office staff was polite and very detailed in work. The movers were very careful with everything, their work was done with care and they were pretty fast too. Also well mannered. I will definitely refer people to them. Resonsbly priced too.

    Phase one completed

    Outstanding Moving Company! They helped us move our company's office and production equipment last week. We had to move out from our location in Oakville into a temporary storage until our new place finished with construction. They moved us out in an exceptionally timely manner. The movers were polite and courteous. The foreman, Michael, was on top of all our needs throughout the move. He answered any questions and concerns we had and mitigated our concerns. Anyway we would like to request the same guys to move us back in, once our refurbishment has been completed. Many Thanks.

    Respect shown

    Miracle Movers did a superb job for me. They treated my furniture like it was their own, and they took great care with moving each item carefully, respecting the newly painted walls. They worked quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with their work, and I highly recommend them.

    Still smiling

    Hi Everyone at Miracle, I just wanted to pass along a word of thanks for the wonderful job that your crew and you did yesterday. The three guys were extremely friendly and very easy to work with!! With the physical demand of the job they do everyday, it can’t always be easy to have a smile on your face, especially when getting to the final hour of the move. But, they did it and both John and I are extremely grateful! We both ended the day without feeling overwhelmed and are now able to start enjoying our new home (of course, that’ll REALLY start once all of these boxes are unpacked... yikes!).     Small move

    Miracle Movers came to help us move everything out of our basement for a renovation project. They were fantastic! On-time, professional, friendly, and very careful and conscientious. We liked them so much, we booked them to help us move back in when the reno was finished. We'd definitely book with them again!

    Great experience

    Very pleased with my experience with this company .... the two movers (Michael and Kirell) were extremely professional and easy to work with .... definitely would use them again ....
