    Unexpected move

    I called Miracle Movers after a company I had schedule to do a move arrived at 9 am with a small pick up truck which was too small to do the job. Miracle Movers got a call from me at 10 am and by 2 pm they had arrived at the pick up point. They had to disassembled the desk, load everything up and delivered everything and reassembled the desk which they did by 4 pm. They were great.

    Service

    This is the first time we used the service of Miracle Movers. The two gentleman, Michael and Kirill worked very diligently and quickly to move our items. Very professional and courteous. Everything moved in 5 hrs! They didn't waste a single minute and charged us such a good rate. We will highly recommend them both and will call upon them again whenever we need their service.

    Moving

    Michael and Kirill were excellent. They were polite and personable and focused on getting the job done. They were also very patient and helpful. Because of the excellent service they provided I'll hire Miracle Movers again.

    Dedication appreciated

    I had placed the request by evening, and they surprisingly had reached my place by early in the next day morning. Their staff are all knowledgeable and knew their job very well. The loading was completed by around 1 pm, and the delivery was completed by 7 pm. The overall process was pretty smooth and transparent. I appreciate their dedication and care by the movers at their job. Highly recommend and will for sure look to use them again sometime in the future.

    Complete low down

    I used Miracle movers for a local Vancouver three bedroom move. Kel was really good, won our business as a result of giving us the low down on how moving companies work and what to look out for. Completely professional and the moving team handled the day really well.

    Moving

    Ive used miracle movers 5 times. First time to review. Amazing..cant say enough about the customer service, attention to detail, efficiency and how nice the movers are. Have had the same movers a few times over the past 7+ years. Great job!

    Relating positive experience

    I want to relate my positive experience with this company on my small relocation. Everybody involved was totally positive along the way. There is a reason they have so many positive reviews and that is that they truly care about delivering a superb all round service. Thank you and please accept my sincerest gratitude !! This is a big plus in the moving industry, not all moving companies are there to rip you off!

    Best star quality

    Your moving team was by far the best and most professional movers that I have dealt with. They paid very close attention to all details and provided utmost professional service and demeanor. All 3 movers were very personable, did not mess around, were very careful with our expensive items and took their jobs very seriously. The lead mover was very motivating and complimentary to his other teammates. He used motivational enthusiasm, which I am a big fan of. I really felt there was no “I” in your TEAM as everyone treated one another with respect and dignity and was all a TEAM. My husband forgot about our grill, bikes and patio furniture when submitting our list of items, But they took it in their stride and not once did they complain or have an attitude. I especially had communication with Andrew as he was inside the home more for his role. Andrew is truly genuine, calming and kind. I appreciated how he helped keep me calm and collected with so much action. I felt your prices are fair for your quality of service. I give your company Best stars for quality of service! Both my husband and I will highly recommend your company to all in need of the BEST movers in the Toronto area. We will forever be customers when we need moving services.

    Small Move

    I was impressed from the moment I made contact with Miracle Movers. After a quick description of my moving needs I received a quote via email confirming the details of our conversation. After wasting my time getting another two quotes I booked my move with Miracle. The follow up from customer service removed some of my anxiety about depending on this company to show up. The day before the move, a confirmation email was received that included the cost break down for the truck and labor as well as what services are included. No wiggle room for the me or Miracle, I hoped. The truck arrived 10 minutes early! The two men went right to work. Extremely efficient! I would highly recommend this company. No bull, they just get the job done and I didn't feel ripped off! Just emptied mom's apartment. Most furniture had to be taken to the street and what was left didn't take up 30% of the truck. Two capable men arrived 5 minutes early

    Contented with outcome

    This was our second time using Miracle Movers for our move in Oakville. The moving team did an excellent job with our move. They were efficient, professional and had a real work ethic to ensure we had a more manageable experience. They did a brilliant job loading and unloading our heavy and fragile furniture (we have quite a few pieces with a lot of glass). Nothing got damaged. We were very contented with the outcome and will continue to use again.
