Edited Review with a rating of 6 out of 10: Since writing the review, Miracle Movers has reached out to us and discussed our concerns. Here are some corrections and responses to my original review attached below: • We were quoted for 3-5 hours to move our belongings. • The movers were half an hour late not one hour. • The movers charged us for 5 hours (including travel time). HOWEVER, this was not enough time to move our belongings and they DID leave our stuff in the garage as seen in the pictures. Also, the moving guys did NOT offer to move the rest of our stuff for extra money as the company response suggests. They actually told us that since it was 9:30, if our stuff wasn’t out of their truck by 10, they would take it with them and come back the next day. • During the 5 hours of labour, the movers did take lots of smoke breaks. This part of the company response is incorrect. • Overall, I am changing my rating from a 2 to a 6 out of 10 because although I was not impressed that we still ended up moving stuff at the end of the night after hiring movers, I am happy that the company reached out to us and discussed our concerns. They also reimbursed us for a “stair fee” we were charged that we were not aware of before moving day. Original Review with a rating of 2 out of 10: Horrible experience... First of all, we sent the company pictures of all of our items and were quoted for 4 hours.. The move actually took 6 1/2 hours so we obviously ended up paying way more than we had planned for. I would have been okay with paying this much if they had actually finished moving all of our furniture and boxes! The movers were about an hour late and then they were really slow. They asked to be paid out in advance (at 7pm) and said they would be done by 9:30pm. After we'd paid them, they were slow and did not finish moving everything in.. they just left it in our garage! They charged us about $700 and my husband and his friend still ended up moving boxes and furniture from our garage into our house...(Pictures attached) We moved into a three story townhouse so this was not an easy job they left for them to do. We called the office to complain and were told we would be called back.. that was a month and a half ago (the move was on September 1st, 2013) and still nothing! Highly unsatisfied and writing this review since we tried to call them and address our complaint directly with them but they have not responded!

Hired Miracle movers to move to move 2 beds and a couple of boxes. They were 30 minutes late, but were polite and did a good job moving my furniture carefully from place to place. Would have been happy if they were able to provide a receipt on the spot after i made the payment.

I moved in to my new apartment on October 1st and used Miracle movers. They were friendly, fast, professional and knowledgeable. I totally recommend them to anybody that needs to hire a moving company.. Just an awesome experience. Good luck with your move! Oscar.

In 14 moves I had this was the first time I was really pleasantly surprised by the service I was rendered. Quick, organized, polite, helpful movers! If ever you need a service I do recommend MIRACLE MOVERS! You will be 100% satisfied!

Movers arrived early, were very efficient and careful with all my furniture, asked great questions, did multiple pick-ups(2 locations) and when there was an issue at my new condo they solved it! They were very proactive (could have stood by and incurred additional fees for themselves, instead they worked to get the issue resolved. Very ethical. Would use them again!

I've used Miracle movers 4 times, and every time has been an amazing experience!! They're extremely helpful and actually care about your belongings! I have always recommended them and will continue to do so! Drew

I contacted Miracle Movers to perform a move of all my belongings from my 2 bedroom appartment to my newly bought house. They acted very professionaly, were on time and everything went as discussed. The movers were efficient and they took good care of all of my furniture and boxes. I would recommend Miracle Movers to anyone having to move. -Philippe Jacques

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Check out the google reviews. This company is horrible and here is why: 1. They were an hour late. 2. Disappeared for two. 3 Bullied an elderly women 4. They were rude and unprofessional. I would not use them again.

I hired Miracle Movers to move from a large main floor apartment to a townhouse in Pickering. They arrived an hour early, and worked like machines right up till 2pm. My furniture is big, heavy and the new place had three levels. These three men were amazing! I would highly recommend this company. Denise

Great experience with Miracle Movers. On time, great service, great price and no hidden surprises as far as extra that I have experienced in the past. I definitely recommend using these guys!
