I am from out of town so I had booked with another company recommended to me that backed out once we all found out that the elevators were not working. I called Miracle Movers because I needed a miracle to help with the twelve story move. I spoke to Inna who said they would accept the moving job. Pavel and Roman came to do the job and I can't express how fantastic they were. Polite and never ending energy even after many trips up and down those stairs! Everything arrived in excellent shape. I am so thankful to this company and the two gentlemen that made a nightmare go away. Without hesitation I would use them again and would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a superior moving company.

Very pleased with miracle movers They arrived ahead of schedule and called ahead with their location when on route They were very organized, friendly, always taking very good care of our furnishings and helpful regarding placement and set up They were finished ahead of the expected time estimated. Mike and Alex were great workers and an asset to your company. I would certainly refer your service to others and definitely use them again.

y move went very well! i ordered 1 truck and 2 movers to come, they were very tidy, and very precise, they make moving so much easier. they did not damage any of my furniture, and their truck was big enough for a 2 room apartment. i recommended this company to all my family and friends! i will use them every time i make a move now!

We were extremely pleased with Miracle Movers from the moment we called them to the moment they left our home. The movers arrived on time and were very careful with all our furniture, Misha, Alex and Boris were very friendly and worked very hard all day Saturday, July 6th. The company phoned me a half hour before arrival time to indicate that the crew was stuck in traffic and would be late; which happens all the time in my neighbourhood but I was impressed they were so pro-active with the call. The crew was very friendly, clean and nice, they atered earlier than billing time with no fuss and did a great job. They even finished a few minutes later than they booked and did not charge us. Very flexible and a pleasure to work with. They solved a few problems on the fly with ease. Pavel and Andrei were awsome, ask for them if you can.

Hello, I selected Mircale Movers based on their webiste on the intranet. I found they to be efficient, courteous, profession and I loved the phone calls to update me on the status of my move. Due to the state of emergency in Calgary - I had to reschedule my move with them - they were very accomodating and professional and were able to accomodate the changed time to move. I will definately use them again.

Miracle Movers were really good. They were efficient - calling me to tell me that they were on their way and they arrived when scheduled. The two movers were friendly, polite, and very efficient. It all took less than two hours and it was as pleasant an experience as moving can be.

I hired them to JUST move my contents out of storage PODS and into my house. They showed up with no moving equipment (moving blankets, etc.) and I had brand new carpet in my home. So, instead they removed their shoes each and every time they entered the home. It took them SO LONG to do it this way, which matters when you are paying by the hour. After contacting Ron (in Calgary), he just said "sorry, they didn't have the moving equipment because they didn't have a truck". SO, I am just supposed to pay the same rate, but accept less service?? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!! CHEAPER RATES, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

I used Miracle Movers recently, and was beyond thrilled with their service. Their phone customer service was always available when I needed them, and prompt with updating me via e-mail. The gentlemen who preformed the actual move were very efficient and punctual; all in all they did the job in about an hour with a positive attitude. Great job--will definitely use them again.

I used Miracle Movers to move my home contents within Toronto. From the very first interaction with the team in the office to the two gentlemen who completed the actual move for me today my experience was exceptional. The team respond really quickly to any email enquiries I had, the pricing was extremely reasonable and they were on time and very fast on the day of the move. I highly recommend them, they were very cautious with all my furniture and took the time to ensure they placed the furniture in the correct places for me at the new house. Excellent value and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone else I know who needs move support.
