Last weekend I had a nightmare move ahead of me - that is - until Alex and Serge showed up. I had asked for 7am move and was told that they’d be starting at 8am which was absolutely reasonable – but they showed at 7:30am for me all ready to go. Even though I was moving from a low ceiling basement apartment with a narrow staircase, to a second floor apartment with an almost vertical staircase all the way up – they had no complaints and didn’t pause for a second. They were extremely respectful of my time and belongings (the main reason I was hesitant to get movers in the first place) and could be trusted to move things in and out while I ran around doing my own thing. They disassembled and reassembled all of my furniture and throughout the entire process nothing was damaged at all – this was a surprise considering my dining table, desk, shelf, and display cabinet are all at least 90% glass. I was not very trusting going into this but I have to say that I am 100% happy with the results - thank you Serge and Alex for helping make my transition a piece of cake! Aliki T. – Toronto

DON'T use this moving company if you value good service. Used Miracle Movers last week for my move and regret it. First off, the movers walked all over my hardwood floors in the their snowcovered boots. They put 2-3 dents/holes in the walls while moving furniture which also meant that they ruined my expensive wood bedroom set. They also ripped my outdoor mat. To top it off when I tried to pay them I was told it was going to cost me a fee of 3% to use my card credit card when it says nothing about such fee on the website. It was then suggested to me to "go to the bank" but I refused considering it was a blizzard. VERY unsatisfied and disappointed with my service if you even want to call it that.

I was really worried finding a good moving company, hearing some horror stories of companies that damage your property or blackmail you to get more money.. But I read good reviews about miracle movers and gave it a try last year. Let me say, this year I'm going with them again:) great service, quick and careful with your belongings and very respectful. I think the price is good for the service they offer. Better pay more and be safe and happy.

Moved a 3 bedroom house of its contents from Mississauga to Brampton. When loading up the truck they left a dint in the fascia of the house by hitting it not once, but with two different pieces of furniture. Left the garden littered with cigarette butts. After arriving at the house in Brampton they informed us that they had an accident - one of the legs on our king sized bed was snapped off. This was a new bed and had cost us about $1000 three months prior to the move. For compensation they said that the company policy was to pay 60 cents for a pound weight of the the damaged piece. This came to about $60. They then said they would offer $100. So much for the contents of the move being insured. No, we won't be using their services again.

I would just like to say how happy My family and I were with miracle movers! We moved from NY state back to Toronto December 2, 2012. They sent 2 guys, Michael and I cannot remember the other gentleman's name but they were both very professional and good at what they do. They arrived promptly on time and filled the 26foot truck so neatly with all of our items, we were amazed. They took very good care of our belongings and everything arrived safely without any damage. I want to thank Miracle Movers for the smooth move and would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving if you like fast, friendly, affordable service!! Thank again!

- They showed up an hour late - which was already a big issue because of the moving elevator reservation times - they didn't give a crap! Then at 2:45 one of the guys actually said "we have to go, we have someone else booked that we will be late for" - excuse me? no one cared to be late to our appointment but being late to another is a problem for them? - one of the guys was rude - beyond rude - disgusting attitude. He made me and my husband carry almost half the products. - They actually said to my husband "we cant get your couch in the elevator so we are just going to leave it down stairs!" What!?!?!? So my husband had to go down and show these men how to do their job. Believe it or not - it fit. who knew. They were just lazy. - One of hte men wasn't as bad so my husband tipped him but not the other guy. - We offered them water and they left water botttles everywhere. They don't know how to use a garbage? .

Don’t think twice when hiring these movers. They are just adorable in the work they do. Yuri is a natural leader and managed his crew quite well. They had to move some large pieces of wood furniture through a single front door and did that in a professional manner. A great job and will highly recommend.

My son had to store his apartment contents for a month and then move into his new apartment. We used Miracle Movers both times. They were punctual, professional and very helpful. They made a very stressful situation much less so. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything.

When movers arrived, we realized the condo management misshandled the time slot I booked the elevator. After one hour of hassle with the superintendent, I got the elevators available for the crew. They waited patiently and did not even charge me for the all this time for which I am very much grateful and appreciate. They finished the move in 4 hours and that costed me $390 which is quite well within what I expected. Reliable movers and worth using again.

I am just writing to express my sincere gratitude to Miracle Movers. Slava and Alex did a wonderful job this morning. I am extremely pleased with your service, starting from answering all of my inquiries then scheduling and completing the move smoothly. I would not hesitate to use Miracle Movers in the future. Especially if you offer 10% discount as promised to your repeated customers.
