The moving process on Aug 17 went very well and the Sergiu's team was very efficient and did an excellent job which started and finished on time and on budget.

Miracle Movers appeared to be quite responsible and professional in the manner they handled my move. The crew moved my stuff quickly but not in a rush at all. Their work looked organized and well supervised by Slava, the crew foreman. I had issues with the elevators but they did continue moving my items, though not heavy, up to the second floor through the staircase. I know some additional charges apply in such cases but the office waived it. Ron was really helpful in sorting out my options and spoke with the apartment manager himself. Great customer service! It was a cost and time efficient move.

I hired three movers at $89 an hour, a pretty good price for middle of month moving. These guys were amazing. Having plenty of stuff for my 3 bedroom apartment, they packed and moved me in about 6 hours. The most precious of my belongings is my collection of statuettes which have been carefully packed and safely moved. These guys deserve a raise.

I recently moved and hired Miracle Movers to move my belongings from my home in Newmarket to a storage locker in Toronto. I was apprehensive because I had read some poor reviews, but they were excellent. All staff members were professional and courteous. The movers arrived on time and were efficient and very careful with all my belongings, especially some very large and heavy pieces of glass and wood furniture. I would recommend the 2 movers I had to anyone.

Wow! What an unexpected relief!!! Your movers were so professional.....and the care they took with our items was beyond what I could have hoped for. I have never used a mover before.....and was worried after reading horror stories online. MIRACLE MOVERS will be the ONLY way I move from now on. I knew it was going to be a good day,...when they placed a piece of tape over the door handle....so it couldn't scratch our furniture if they should happen to get too close.

These guys made my moving day! I had to hire them only same day last minute and was ready to pay any price. After speaking with Xena on the phone, I received better rates than I have expected. The crew came on time as booked over the phone. The movers were efficient. I did not lift a finger over the entire move. I know these guys with Miracle Movers can do a great job the same day you book them.

I highly recommend that if you require a moving company stay away from this company. The truck they brought was to small despite the fact I provided them with a detailed list, we were informed that additional charges would be in effect for a small freezer which was on the list but informed to us by the office, the movers were slow, lazy and argumentative and when we arrived at our new location the movers clearly had no intention of carrying in our boxes and larger pieces of furniture into the unit leaving that up to us to move, went over budget by $300.00 and when we paid we were questioned by one of the movers "what no tip?" when confronting the office about the damaged goods we discovered when unpacking it took 16 days for a reply without a resolution.

On June 27 Miracle Movers sent a 2 man crew to move my things into storage. They dropped a portion of my solid cherry wall unit and it slid down the concrete stairs resulting is scrapes and dents to the finish. I took photos and contacted them right away. they assured me they would fix it. I was charged extra for the 3 heavy pieces ( 3 piece wall unit) , even though they damaged one section and i had to help them get it on the truck. The movers spent half the time on the phone resulting in my having to pay more. Five days later we moved my things out of storage and into my new apartment. Again i used Miracle Movers. This time the 2 man crew wrapped everything properly and used dollies for the heavier pieces and were dumbfounded when i told them the first crew did none of that. the first move was a 1 minute drive and short distance to the truck. The second move was a 20 minute drive with a much farther distance to my apartment yet the amount of time they took was 1 1/2 hours LESS and there was NO EXTRA CHARGE for the heavier pieces. Neither move provided me with an invoice. Seems rather shady to me. Of course they asked for cash. Attention Revenue Canada. I have been assured since June 27 that Miracle Movers will fix the damage but its a one way street. they never contact me and i have to call them daily. they have excuse after excuse. they are supposedly insured yet here i am still waiting for the repair to be done. I have no choice but to have the work contracted out myself and take them to court to recover the money they had agreed to pay back in June. think twice before you trust them with your precious items.

We had been anxious before as the job was large and complicated as we moved from Toronto to Buffalo. If was so nice to that we had nothing to worry about! The estimate was exactly right.  They have no hidden cost. I got the letter with all the prices and conditions.  The moving team was very quick, very efficient, and extremely personable. My belongings we packed before what saved me money. Movers moved quickly up and down two flights of stairs, and caring heavy furniture and boxes full of books with smile. The most important - NOTHING BROKE.  I am very grateful to the manager Xena who helped to prepare documents for customs. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better move. I highly recommend.

I must admit I was a big weary of this company because of the bad reviews on this site, but I was extremely happy with the service. The movers, Alex, Slav and Mark came on time with the right sized truck. They were fast and efficient (5 hours for a 3 bedroom townhouse, moving 50 km away with an unload of 1/3 of the truck half way, this included a short coffee and a lunch break). There were no hidden fees, so I'm not sure why some people complained about this. Maybe they didn't read the contract properly. I was 99% packed and helped moving boxes closer to the entrances so that helps with keeping costs low. I haven't noticed any damages to my furniture, as I, for the most part protected my furniture and art frames (put cardboard on the corners and then shrink wrapped). There were some items that didn't have protection and I didn't see the movers use blankets to help protect the items, but nothing was damaged so I can't complain. If you want to protect your items, make sure you wrap it up or tell the movers to do it. Just keep in mind it will cost you in time.
