    Clean out pipes

    Naz was great. Thorough, honest, and competent. And the price was right. He was on time. I don’t know what else to say. I don’t normally keep business cards. But I kept his. I would use him again in a second.

    Major plumbing emergency

    When our pipes in the basement essentially were uprooted (pun intended), we were so fortunate to have called Nazar and his team. He immediately made our house his priority and his team worked tirelessly to get our house back to normal! We are forever grateful for his professionalism and excellent execution. Truly, thank you!

    Basement drain

    Nas and his expert crew provided fast, efficient and expert service for me in my commercial building. They replaced a broken drainpipe/stack, which involved digging out part of the concrete floor in basement and replacing old rusted, broken connecting pipes under the floor and reconnecting them to the main drain. They did all this in one day, including pouring and setting new concrete floor. Nas and his crew are polite, efficient, communicative and accurate. I highly recommend Canadian Rooter!

    Installation of Backwater Valve and Floor Drains

    Canadian Rooter did a fantastic job installing a backwater valve outside and two floor drains inside. They told me how long it would take and when they were coming and they were spot-on. They cleaned up beautifully and were very respectful of our property. A pleasure to work with.

    Professional Service

    Needed to replace my clay piping. Nazar showed up quickly and provided an estimate. He answered all my questions. Work was done on-time on-budget. Nazar ensured the paperwork was in place to acquire my credit for the back water valve installation.

    Installed new rejection pump and resealed toilet

    The plumber took the time to listen to my description of the problems we were having.As a result,he quickly surmised that the ruptured seal on the toilet was related to a pressure build-up from failure of the ejection pump.He replaced the ejection pump and resealed the toilet,thereby solving the problem and preventing a recurrence.He also took the time to answer several other unrelated plumbing-related questions I had .He was on-time , pleasant and courteous .He cleaned up the mess when he was finished,leaving the bathroom spotless.

    Drain repair and repositioning due to sewer gas smell

    Since we bought our home in 2015, our basement was subjected to the horrific smell of sewer gas every time it rained. We called several plumbers who had no idea what the problem was and wasted time and in some cases charged fees despite accomplishing nothing. We found Nazar from Canadian Rooter who correctly assessed the problem (a cracked drain pipe) in literally 10 seconds. He made a fair estimate, booked a repair date and after 3 hours of work the problem was solved. His crew was efficient and professional and I would definitely hire them again for any future work. Highly recommended!

    Install backflow valve

    Exceptional, prompt, efficient, clean, responsive service to install a sewer drain back flow valve. Some of best contractor service we have ever had. Finished quickly and could hardly tell work had taken place.

    Professional Reliable Plumber

    Had an emergency flood on a weekend. In my case, same-day service. On-time, respectful and responsive. Can pay via debit/credit cards. I needed a diagnosis before they started work. Estimate price was fair given by phone. Its great when you speak with a plumber directly vs office staff that does not know pricing. I will recommend Canadian Rooter and use them again.

    Waterproofing

    We had contacted Naz several times in the past with various water issues in the basement. Each time we were impressed with quick response, professionalism, and tidiness. This particular review is for waterproofing around our hose; the crew dug some very deep trenches and installed membranes; all this was done in only two days. Very impressive! (Naz also gave excellent suggestions for contractors to work on the basement flooring but that’s another story)
