Had a basement flood. The old clay pipes of the storm/sewer water system below the house needed to be replaced. Nas and his team got on it, worked extremely diligently to get these extensive repairs done quickly and expertly. The disruption was significant but mitigated by the sense of urgency to get it all done. Canadian Rooter has been back since for a couple of smaller repairs that were also handled very professionally. Highly recommend Canadian Rooter. Nas will look after you.

I just can't say enough about Naz, Andrew and their team. They did a stellar job in repairing the sanitary and storm drains inside and outside my house as well as installing two backwater valves. Sewer backup is never a pleasant experience at the best of times and especially during this challenging period (coronavirus) when staying at home takes on a whole new meaning. the job required extensive excavation both inside and outside the house. Their work was meticulous and professional, and the cleanup was unbelievable. Again,Naz, Andrew and crew, thank you so very much!

I had an issue with my back up sump pump and decided to change it to a water powered sump pump back up. I got their name from my trustworthy regular plumber. I scheduled a time for them to come in, and they were on time, and they were very clean, putting cloths down before entering the sump pump room. The guys worked effeciently and the job was done well. I would definitely use these guys again, as there are a lot of non-trustworthy plumbers out there.

I agree with all the excellent reviews. Nas and his team were very professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Whether working inside or out they treated me and my home with respect and consideration. It's no fun laying pipe - especially in wintertime. Those guys really earned their pay! We had a flood in our basement due to tree roots in front of the house. Another company "fixed" the problem and destroyed our front porch in the process. Immediately after the inspection, we were flooded again and a plumber who was a friend of a friend said, "Call Naz!" It was a long weekend, he was out of town but still returned our call quickly an came to see the problem as soon as he could. He brought his crew. The work they did was meticulous, quick and really DID FIX the problem this time. You'd never know they drilled a hole thought our house - they completely sealed it up again and restored everything just the way they found it.

We had a emergency problem with an upstairs toilet leaking with water getting to the main floor and basement. Naz was able to get to us that day and fixed the two problems which had caused the leak. Also, discussed an option for us to help to prevent water leaks in the future. Very friendly and professional, explaining what had happened patiently. Highly recommended.

We had to replace our water service pipe up to the water meter. Canadian Rooter seems to be a tight organization. I dealt primarily with Naz, who came by to give me the quote and attended on the day of the job as well. He's very knowledgeable about this kind of work - much more so than previous people I called. He gave a price and a description of how the work would proceed and it came out exactly as promised. I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate for you to call him and get him to come by to look at your job.

The City was “Watermain Cleaning & Relining on my street. As our house is an older house I needed to find someone to lay the new copper piping from my property line to the water meter in the basement. I found “Canadian Rooter” on the internet and gave them a call. A short time later Naz came to the house and gave me an estimate on what the work would cost. When digging a hole to lay the copper pipe the workmen laid a tarpaulin on the ground and put the earth on it. When the pipe installation was complete they put the earth back in the hole and cleaned the area around the hole. To join the copper piping to the water meter they had to dig up part of the basement floor. Again they laid a tarpaulin on the floor to put the broken concrete and earth on it. When the work was done they replaced the earth in the hole and cemented the area. The work both inside and outside was neatly done and tidy. I also had a sewer problem which they corrected. Again the work was neat & tidy. I would have no problem in recomending Canadian Rooter to my friends/neighbors if they had plumbing problems.
