We have a 70 year old house that has had a worsening water supply flow volume problem for the past several years. After a bit of Internet research, I contacted Canadian Rooter intending to get a quote and start the process of finding a reliable, reasonably priced contractor to install a larger water supply pipe. The manager from the company, Naz, made an appointment to meet me and assess and price the job. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism as well as the quoted price which I found to be fair and reasonable that I contracted with his company. I wasn't disappointed. The Canadian Rooter team showed up at the promised time and completed the work within a day as Naz had promised. The workers carefully completed the job and completely cleaned up both inside and out leaving no trace of any mess or property damage. My best contractor experience ever! Highly recommend this company. .

Very efficient reply to text message in a matter of 2 minutes. Three options were explained to me regarding the job. Willingness not to do the job if it would incur unnecessary expense to me. Came a day early. Pleasant helpful technician. Excellent workmanship. Workplace left spotless. I am so glad I was directed to this company to resolve my bathroom shower problem. Excellent work!! No hesitation at all in recommending them to do work for anyone.

We hired Naz to inspect the drains and pipes of the house we had purchased. He was quick to respond, professional, communicated well and worked efficiently. He advised us of his findings and potential areas of concerns that we might not have been otherwise aware of. I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for this service.

Our home was built over 60 years ago, and we recently experienced a drain back-up in our basement after a torrential downpour. Immediately, we phoned a plumber whom we trust for a referral, since good people know good people. He highly recommended Naz and Canadian Rooter, and are we ever glad he did. Naz came out the same day we contacted him, and his professionalism was more than evident. As soon as he entered our home, he donned booties over his shoes. The drain in question is under a rec room carpet, and we had visions of his having to cut the carpet to get at it. Instead, Naz very carefully pulled the carpet up to take a look. Even though he had received calls from other potential customers, he arranged for his men to come out on a Saturday to do the work. Like Naz, they were extremely professional with the necessary digging and installation of a new drain, leaving our basement as clean as when they arrived. Even better, Naz offered to return to restore the carpet to its original moorings, which he did as soon as the concrete had dried. If you need help with your drain, Naz and Canadian Rooter will do an exceptional job.

We have had problems with the sewer drain in front of our garage for years. Although we clean the catch basin out every year during heavy downpours it wouldn’t drain properly and would flood our garage. With the increase in occurrence in heavy rains recently we decided to call Canadian Router for service based on their positive reviews. Within a couple of hours Terry arrived at our home. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was very friendly and polite, explained the issue and installed some parts to improve its functionality. The same night we had yet another heavy rain storm and the water drained away perfectly - no more flooding! Great service!

We have worked with Naz and his team before. This time they installed a sump pump for us. Last time, sewer pipes under the house and a backflow prevention valve. Naz and his team are very professional and fast. Naz always takes the time to go through and explain all the options. His team works quickly and cleanly. After the job is complete, Naz is always available to answer questions and address issues that might arise. These guys go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.

Naz and his team helped us tremendously. First with a fast professional response on a Drain Inspection with their Camera system. As a result of the inspection there were areas of concern. Naz's honest approach recommended that if we planned any basement improvements that we get the house portion replaced and add a backwater valve. We did have improvements that were planned to start in less than 2 weeks. Naz's team organized the replacement of the drain that was supposed to take 2 day. However, his experienced team was able to complete the work in one day! Incredible is all i can say!! Thanks agains to you and your pros Naz!!

I contacted the company, who gave me a quote. I accepted the quote. They set up a time to do the job, arrived on time, and did the job perfectly. There was a subsequent issue not caused by them, and, notwithstanding it not being their fault, they came and sorted it out for me. I would strongly recommend this company on account of their promptness, professionalism, and accountability.

This is my experience, as anyone may have different ones; we called them, and they came right on time. I'm simply comparing them with the last one we had contacted before and asked to fix our clogged main drain by snaking into the pipes, and they just looked for something more to apply and double-charge us. These guys did the job (including the camera) with proper charge, and nice/professional manner. I highly recommend them.

Naz and his team are very professional and hard working. They completed the work in one (long) day , and left the house and front yard clean and tidy. I believe we also received a more than fair price for the work that was completed. I will be keeping Naz's card for any future plumbing needs.
