    Professional, on-time, polite

    I wanted a professional plumber. Hard to find! Received few visits from different companies. Their behavior? No comments. Solution: Read a lot of sites and reviews. Best reviews? Public Plumbing. Called, set-up appointment, inspection, estimation,repair schedule. Vlad (remember this name) veni, vidi, vicit (that means came, saw, conquered in old Latin language).     leaking kitchen faucet

    My experience with Public Plumbing was nothing short of an exceptional one. After business hours we noticed a leak in our kitchen faucet and made a phone call to get some help. Anela made scheduling convenient and was extremely quick to follow up. When Vlad arrived he was able to identify the problem within minutes! We needed a new faucet, which we didn't have at the time. He offered us few options and we chose a local Canadian manufacture that offers life time warranty. Not only did Vlad help us with our faucet, but he also went out of his way to answer a few other questions about the hot water heater and toilets. We had a clog in our toilet and instead of making us schedule another appointment, he fixed it on the spot. I would recommend them to anyone in need of any plumbing issue.

    a few bathroom related issues

    Vlad was a fantastic help with my garbage disposal problem. First, he tried to help me fix it on my own to save some money. When it became clear a replacement was needed, he and an associate came out on a saturday to accommodate my busy schedule. Service was very professional and quick, they even took care to be as quiet as possible as my daughter was napping at the time. Highly recommend Public Plumbing

    grease trp repair

    These guys are top notch. After calling around to get quotes to repair grease trap, I got in touch with Public Plumbing . They were honest and upfront about options and pricing from the start and they were able to send Vlad the very next day to get the job done. Vlad arrived during the scheduled window and he could not have been more helpful or professional. He took his time and showed me what the problem was. When he finished, he would not leave until my kitchen was clean and looked as though he'd never been there. I will definately use Public Plumbing in the future, should plumbing needs arise.

    clogged drain

    I called Public Plumbing on Friday because of a clogged drain. They came Saturday morning exactly when they said they would and fixed it quickly. Great customer service and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who can use their services!

    On Time and On budget

    I called Public-Plumbing for a quote on a Backwater Valve installation and Mike showed up the next day. He spent about 30 mins looking at the project and gave me a quote that was less than another quote I had received. He spent time explaining the different contingencies that MIGHT have come up that would increase the quote, and left me a written quote. I hired him on the spot. His crew came the next day and dug out the surrounding area to expose the drain/sewer pipes and then told me that the quote would stand, no extras needed. The crew were very careful to keep the area clean and covered. I could not be happier with their work. Really professional company. Mike's a great communicator and a very knowledgeable professional. I would not hesitate to hire Public-Plumbing again. They are in my rolodex under Plumber!

    Cleaning Mainline Drain

    Had called another company who tried to give us a temporary solution which met we would need to have a 2nd appointment for more permanent solution. Public Plumbing knew exactly what we needed, was very honest, helpful, efficient and came promptly and solved in one visit. We highly recommend Mike and greatly appreciate the ethical practices of Public Plumbing.

    washroom reno

    Talked with Naz on a busy day. He was upfront and honest, he couldn't get a guy out right away. Not what I wanted to hear, but the truth. All in all, this place does what they say - clean, honest and real. I will use them in the future.

    leaking faucet

    I had an emergency situation and i called Public Plumbing. They were super friendly, easy to talk to, and walked me through how to shut the water line off. They offered to come the next day which was great! Vlad fixed the problem and gave me some tips for the future. I am very happy with their service. Thank you.

    bathroom reno

    Naz is great. He speaks his mind and puts great ideas on the table. He did two bathrooms for me and I am very satisfied. The reason I chose him over other competing quotes is a combination of value and quality / thoroughness. He is the only contractor that quoted the project that took the time to understand what the work would really take by looking at where the main power runs and junction boxes and existing wiring and plumbing. The result is fantastic, the tile work is nearly flawless and everything is holding up well.
