    plumbing

    I was very happy with the work completed and the friendliness of the service technician. I would recommend this company! He made suggestions and provided me with all of my options prior to me making a decision on what i needed to get completed. thank you!

    Lead Pipe Replacement

    I was in a bind as I had a appointment coming in for a Saturday morning to re-do basement cement. I called Thursday morning and Public Plumbing made things happen for Friday job to be done! New pipe was laid out and cleaned up so that my Saturday was ok. Quick, professional, clean.

    Leaky faucet

    Paul from public plumbing provided me with an estimate, showed me what he was doing, and did it in a timely manner. He not only fixed the problem but gave me recommendations on how to maintain other issues in my house. Free of charge.

    Main drain and back water valve installation

    Excellent service before, during and after installation. Clean, efficient and fast. Could not be happier, plus they did the paperwork for the backwater valve rebate. Would highly recommend their service for large of small jobs.

    Basement, double laundry-tub, and faucet replacement

    Naz, the supervising plumber, is an extremely professional plumbing expert. He arrived with punctuality, inspected the site that required attention, provided a thorough explanation of what he was going to be doing, how long it would take, and proceeded with the ultimate of care and attention. A delight to have someone of this calibre come into one's home to do repair work. I would definitely recommend Naz, and Public Plumbing to anyone looking for great service and honesty, at a fair price, when it comes to getting a job done right. Thank you! Patti

    Washroom plumbing repair

    I connected with Public Plumbing on Home Stars. They were there within 24 hrs to replace drain pipe and trap under washroom sink. Upfront and fair pricing. I would definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them!

    Back Water Valve & Floor Drain

    It's nice to see that companies out there still treat the consumer with respect & take the time to make sure we are satisfied. Since day #1 Naz was completely professional & delivered every thing promised. The work they did was completely satisfactory, they worked clean & were respectul of our space making sure to tarp the hallway, stairs & basement floor, they even wore covers on their boots. One of the things that impressed me most was that Naz returned (after I had paid) to do a camera scope as promised, Naz always treated my job as a priority even after I had payed his focus was making sure I was satisified. Naz treated the work done at my house with the professional touch that a consumer hopes they will receive when calling a contractor. I would absolutely call this company again & recommend that you call them to get the respect you deserve when spending your hard earned money!

    Investigate and fix leak source

    I read positive reviews of Homestars contractors with a grain of salt as a a previous top contractor that I used turned out to be far from satisfactory. Public Plumbing restored my belief that Homestars top contractors could be genuinely good. Phil from Public Plumbing was pleasant and thorough in his work. He was reassuring and did his best to make bad news not seem disastrous. After his investigation, he concluded that the leak was behind the drywall. He explained how he arrived at that possibility. Phil was always respectful of our property, trying to minimize the size of the hole. Most impressive of all was Phil left no mess behind after completing the job. I was delighted with his work and found a leaking faucet for him to fix. He saved me money on this. My initial intention was to replace the faucet, instead he replaced the cartridge and solved my problem. That's the kind of honesty we appreciate of service providers. It was a pleasure to have Phil servicing our plumbing needs and I have added Public Plumbing to be my first contact for my plumbing work. If Phil is representative of the level of professionalism and customer orientation of this company, this company is a delight to do business with. And their rates are reasonable. Thank you, Phil.

    Water Service Upgrade

    I called Public Plumbing to upgrade my water system going into my home from the city line. They gave me a very fair quote and proceeded with the job in a timely manner. The workers were very respectful of our home and property and left the work site tidy and clean at the end of each day. Naz and his partner were very accessible and always called back if we had any questions or problems. I would highly recommend them to others (we already have), and would call them again if we had any other plumbing projects in the future. Antonio L
