We strive to complete all projects in a timely manner, ensuring everything is in working order. If there were any glitches during the renovation, it was all communicated to you and you were well aware of everything that was going on every step of the way. As of today, your Washroom is in working order and everything was completed as per our contract which you have signed. Therefore, we do not see any reasoning for a partial refund or any other settlement. If there are any other concerns, please feel free to give our office a call. Thank you!
