    Kitchen Sink Valve Leak

    Nick from Public-Plumbing was absolutely wonderful. He arrived within 45 minutes of my call and worked around my crazy schedule. He completed the work very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

    Blocked drain, backflow valve install

    Mike was great - he came quickly and knew what the problem was right away. He was polite and helpful and I felt like I was in great hands! Would hire him again in a second.

    water pressure

    We had issues with water pressure after replacing our hot water heater. It was driving us crazy. We hired another plumbing contractor that is extremely well known, who could not solve the issue but charged us a few hundred dollars We finally called Public Plumbing. Vlad came over and expertly diagnosed the issue. When the hot water heater was replaced, sediment was released that blocked the faucets He was able to improve the pressure for most of our faucets and once we ordered a part he came out and fixed the remaining problems.

    Replace Clay and Lead Pipes, New Backwater Valve, Sump pump,

    We had a sewage backup in our basement. Naz diagnosed our issues thoroughly and thoughtfully in terms of a long term solution. We've worked with plumbers who gave us short term, patch solutions that ended up costing us in the long run. His crew worked punctually and thoroughly. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. Naz was always available for in-person meetings and phone calls, and went the extra mile in many ways to provide us with excellent service. I would highly recommend Public Plumbing.

    Last minute notice of broken dishwasher drain. Fast response, solved problem quickly, very professional and helpful in writing a response to the guilty contractor that left me hanging with broken drain pipe.

    Toilet service

    This is the second time I have used Public Plumbing as the courteous service, quality work that stands the test of time as well as reasonable cost I would recommend them with complete confidence. Phil knew his stuff, explained it in layman terms and was prompt. He arrived on time and craftsmanship was above reproach.

    Emergency burst water pipe

    A downstairs copper water pipe on a Saturday afternoon. We had had service from PP before to change water taps but I was uncertain they would be available on a weekend. As it turned out, they had a plumber out five hours later and informed me every couple of hours how much longer he would be. The plumber cut, reattached and sealed the pipe and chose the easiest most efficient option. I hope the repair lasts and was very pleased with the price for the emergency service.

    Backwater Valve, Sump Pump and Floor Drain

    At our first meeing, Naz thoroughly explained the work to be done. And when the boys came in to do the work, they did exactly what Naz said would be done. Everyone was very courteous and professional, the clean up was phenomenal and the price was very competitive. I would highly recommend Public Plumbing.

    Basement sink backing up & 2 faucet installation

    I called Public Plumbing for two separate jobs - snaking a backed up basement sink and installing two sink faucets. They responded promptly and professionally, and stayed within the estimated cost.

    frozen pipes

    Like many others in the area my pipes were frozen and I had no waste. I called many companies, got quotes and availability. Not only did Public Plumbing have the best price but they were also able to get to my house earlier than most companies. They were very friendly, worked very efficiently and solved the problem. Thanks so much for a great job guys and I will certainly call you guys again if I have any plumbing issues.
