    Clogged drain

    Called Public Plumbing for an emergency to look after the clogged drain. Nick came very quickly and snaked through the clog routinely, but recommended to do camera inspection the following morning included in the price, to be sure everything is cleaned up properly. Mike came the next morning and did camera inspection and did additional cleaning until the drain pipes were completely clean all through till the street sewer main. He too was very professional and showed to me on the monitor the process and the outcome, so I am sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Throughout the dealing with any of the technicians or the office personnel, they were very professional, polite to deal with and went beyond the regular duty to make sure I felt important to them as a customer and that their record here is justified.     Back water valve and sump pump installation

    I live in Etobicoke and unfortunately we have had some problems in our neighbourhood with flooding. I reached out to a number of plumbing companies - Public Plumbing was one of them. The employee that I met with was Naz. Out of all the people I had spoken to in the plumbing industry - he was by far the most knowledgeable. I retained Public Plumbing to do the installation. Naz arranged for an outstanding crew to do the work. They were on time - worked hard and I valued their expertise. Additionally, Naz guided me through the process to apply to the City for a rebate, I submitted everything, and subsequently received close to $3,000 back from the City. Naz's knowledge, professional and helpfulness was priceless. I highly recommend Naz and Public Plumbing - in my books they are clearly the "ONE" to choose if you are thinking of getting a back water value or a sump pump installed in your house.

    Backwater valve

    Having finally decided to install a backwater valve, we checked out a number of plumbing companies that had worked in our neighborhood. After meeting with Naz, we chose Public Plumbing. Naz explained exactly what the job entailed, gave us definite timelines, and quoted us an excellent price. Naz organized the whole project from start to finish, including arrangements for the city inspector. Because of this, there was no wasted time and the job was completed very quickly and efficiently. The work crew was punctual, courteous and worked hard. They also did an excellent job cleaning up when they finished. Just last week, I called Naz to ask his advice on another drain issue. He came to the house the very next day, answered all my questions and gave his recommendations. My experience with Public Plumbing, and Naz in particular, has been that they do excellent work at a fair price and provide exceptional customer service! I can highly recommend Public Plumbing.

    Kitchen Renovation

    We contacted Public Plumbing on recommendation from Tilestars for our kitchen reno plumbing, sink, and a high end faucet install. Vlad did a great job installing shutoffs, the tap, and hooking up the sink. It all works and looks great. Would definitely use again.

    Plumbing Service

    This review no longer applies since a mutually agreed resolution has been reached.I am happy that the company was able to hear my concerns and take action to resolve the issue.

    Drain Scope and Snake - Very Happy Client

    Just spent 10 minutes writing a much longer review but for some reason, when I clicked submit it did not work.     new plumbing for bsmt washroom

    it wasn't the easiest or most straight forward job in that I'm in the middle of my basement reno (doing a lot of it myself) and not all of the walls were even up. Without complaining the guys worked hard around my mess and were accommodating and when they weren't sure of something they called me down to take a look or to provide my thoughts -which I really appreciated. They went the extra mile in several ways and didn't even mention it but I noticed afterwards.

    Back water valve installation

    Public Plumbing installed a back water valve in my home. They were very polite and friendly and did a good job cleaning up. I would recommend them to my friends.

    Sump Pump, Basement Waterproofing, Back flow...

    We had some water leakage into the basement, Public came and did great drain work, and installed all the new stuff we needed. Now our basement is dry, and we rest assured there won't be more leaks in that spot. They were clean and staff was friendly.

    Bathroom renovation, waterproofing

    We needed to have a basement bathroom completely gutted right to the cement walls and waterproofed (inc. installation of a sump pump) as it had mold and leaky pipes etc. Andy from Public Plumbing and his crew were wonderful: professional, courteous, turned up on time every day, hard-working etc. Everything was so well organized! Andy kept us informed every step of the way and the job was completed on time in 2 wks. We will definitely use them again.
