    Plumbing, Sump Pump, BackFlow Valve

    Walter and his team originally replaced all the clay sewage lines in my1960s bungalow. He then changed out our old copper pipes to new Pex with individual Runs to each device. During last summer our house was hit by the sewage backup. Once it was cleaned up Walter came in to install a sump pump and back flow valve. I am a very picky person and his team did everything I was looking for and more. My basement is completely finish with expensive Italian Porcelain. So he installed the backflow value on the outside of the house. It also makes it easier to clean. It was a great deal more work than an inside one but his team was still able to dig 8 feet down update everything and replace within 2 days. We are so happy with the piece of mind that the next time the city fails we should be okay thanks to Public Plumbing. We will likely ask Walter and his team to water proof the outside walls of our basement as a final precaution. Again thanks for your help.

    plumbing, drain, fixture

    AMAZING service & results! We had a sewer backup, the city wouldn't help without a 'proper access pt' and a previous plumber who cracked our toilet tank. Mike came out to investigate w/ camera, snaked the drains, helped us understand our options, talked w/ the city on our behalf, had the cleanout w/ back-water valve installed the next day & went out of his way to get us a new toilet (at cost) & even installed it for us FREE when the other guy wouldn't even come back to look. We have already recommended Mike & Public Plumbing to friends & family. This company really came through for us!

    Complete Bathroom Renovation

    I have recently hired Public Plumbing as our contractor to do the entire bathroom renovation on the first floor. The company has been recommended to me by a close friend. I was unbelievably surprised how professional and timely the whole project was handled. From day one everything was done on time and on schedule as was stated per contract. Not only the work was done effectively and timely, the workers were very pleasant and polite, always cleaning up after the work was finished. I would highly recommend this company, especially Andriy and his team of workers that have turned our bathroom in an amazing and beautiful place. I would definitely decided on doing more work with the company in the future and recommend them to all my family and friends!

    Bathroom renovation

    I recently renovated by bathroom and Public Plumbing was hired to do the plumbing. What a pleasant experience! The Public Plumbing team is professional, efficient and punctual. The complicated job was completed as promised , the service was exceptional and everybody went above and beyond. I cannot stress enough how happy I was with their work and courteous manner.Not only the work was excellent, but technician was also meticulous in cleaning up all work areas. I fully intend to hire Public Plumbing for future needs and without hesitation will recommend this company to as many people as possible. Thanks again!

    Replace Sanitary Line

    In late Jan. my upstairs drainage stopped working. After renting a snake and still no drainage I called Mike who came by after work a few days later. I had dealt with Mike two times before and was very pleased with the results. This time he checked out the symptoms and then camera'd the sanitary line. Turns out the line was jammed with roots from a nearby tree. He quickly sized up what needed to be done and what the total cost would be. I agreed to what he suggested and he said he would arrange to get the City permit and get the job started ASAP. He called later in the week and said the guys would be here at 9 AM Monday. The crew arrived on time Monday and started work. They kept the work area as clean as possible, threw down tarps inside the door and the stairway leading downstairs. I went down after a few hours and was amazed at the progress they had made. They had dug up the 30 + plus feet under the floor that needed replacing and had removed the main stack which provided drainage from the main floor. They were starting to install the replacement PVC. Around 3 PM, they let me know that I could now use my water and toilet which I did! They left around 5 and said they would return the next morning again to finish. They arrived the next morning and this time were cleaned up and gone before 12 noon. They would return to backfill 3-4 feet that was left open for the Inspector to view the backwater valve. Upon that inspection, the remaining section was backfilled and cemented. The job came out great and the workmanship was top notch. Mike dropped by a while later to settle up the final payment and did a quick snake out of the bathroom/kitchen line which was still causing a bit of a problem. After that I was 100% satisfied with the results. Thanks Mike and crew! Inv. 1647

    Sump pump - interior waterproofing

    Had a leaky basement that could not be waterproofed from exterior, so I called Public Plumbing for an interior solution. They answered by questions and came in immediately to waterproof the side of my basement and installed a sump pump. So far so good. Quick and easy and gave me a competitive price as I received three quotes and negotiated price. Very happy with the service. Thanks

    Plumbing

    I had a clogged drain and water started puddling in my basement. I called Public Plumbing at midnight. Less than 30 minutes someone showed up to fix the problem. They temporary snaked the drains at no cost to clear the water and the next day they had a crew come in to replace my old drain pipe outside. They were extremely helpful and was very happy with their work.

    main water entrance

    I was very happy with the service provided. My water main was broken, they installed a new one. Very fast and good service. The men where all polite and professionnal. They did the work as promised on time, and even cleaned up the work site before they left !

    Clogged drain

    The property had a blocked drain pipe which was evident from the foul odors emitting from the basement drain. The problem was investigated and they found a collapsed and root ridden clay pipe outside of the property. Despite the inclement weather, the crew worked diligently and professionally to remove the old pipe and replace it with a new PVC pipe with new proper clean outs. The property was restored and I was a happy camper. The work was done on time and on budget. Thanks Naz.
