shower drain
Very professional, efficient and reasonable service. I was very impressed with the quality of work and overall experience. I would recommend Public Plumbing to all my friends and definitely call them again for any sort of plumbing issues. They were able to come to our rescue in a very short time and fix a very problematic shower drain problem we have had for a long time. Very happy with their work!!!!

water service
I called Public Plumbing a few weeks ago to have my water service done. Naz and Walter came out and explained everything in detail, we discussed every step of the project and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Once the job was in progress, i was advised of their every step (as per my request). Upon completion, my property looked better than before they started. Thank you Public Plumbing and do expect referrals and more of my business in the future.

Drain repair, replacement
Naz (Public Plumbing) came highly recommended from a very trusted source: and he and his company did not disappoint. They came promptly, assessed the problem (replacing 10' of pipe), and made the repair within two days. This involved digging up some of my basement and front yard (potential nightmare) -- everything was put back neatly and tidied away. They even swept my front walk! These fellows are polite, direct, honest, and respectful (always an issue for a single woman). They did what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it; and the work was exemplary. Naz is now helping me out with getting a rebate from the city, which I also appreciate. I highly recommend Naz & Walter, and I feel that no matter who comes out to do your job from Public Plumbing, it will be done well.

Mike and Walter are great. They are real partners giving you options and pricing while also making you aware of building code. They are fast, courteous, & reliable. They also super available for questions.

Clogged toilet
40 weeks pregnant and with two little kids in a one-bathroom house, a clogged toilet is an emergency. After unsuccessfully trying some DIY methods, I called Public Plumbing on a recommendation from my parents. The dispatcher was lovely, said she'd send someone as soon as possible. Nick arrived within two hours - polite, professional, explained the options clearly before starting the job, and fixed the problem. Thank you!!!!

Sanitary & Storm Line Replacement
Walter and the crew were a pleasure to deal with through the entire project. Their knowledge of the City requirements, permits, back-water flow valve reimbursement and quality of the work was excellent. No damage, no mess all cleaned up perfectly. Everything works just as it should.

Replacing drain
Naz and his team were great. Price was reasonable and they worked quickly. They didn't leave a big mess and left my garden intact. Much appreciated. They only did the work required and didn't try and increase the scope of the work. One other plumber said they would have to dig out all of my drain and excavate inside my house. Naz's team only dug out 5 ft of drain and it was all outside of the house. That fixed the problem! Thanks so much. I would definitely recommend this team!

Service- outside tap replacement
Originally I found this company in the yellow pages - they were the only ones who could send me someone in the middle of one of the many snow storms we had. They sent Brandon - who did an amazing job- didn't have a part and went to Home Depot to get it and worked (much longer than anticipated) until the job was done. So when I needed a plumber a second time - I called and specifically asked for him. He works his butt off, is clean, efficient an the price quoted is what you pay. On top of this - he's a really nice guy. I would definitely use this company again- and specifically ask for Brandon.

Bathroom Renovation
We hired Public Plumbing, specifically Andy's crew, to do a complete bathroom gut. From the time they showed up to provide a quote, we were very impressed with the professionalism. They were on time and cleaned up the area at the end of every day. If you're concerned about hiring them for a full renovation rather than just plumbing work, don't be. As you can see from the pictures, they're great at doing renovations as well. Would definitely hire them for another bathroom reno in the future!

clear sewage blockage in basement
I was quite pleased to have selected the right company for the job to unclog a drain in my basement. Without much prior knowledge in this matter, I called the city and Public Plumbing to determine who was the appropriate person for this project. I decided to go with Mike at Public Plumbing. The services was similar but Mike was able to carry out the work with less mess and less money and respected my home by wearing booties over his shoes! He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and straightforward with his opinion and offered helpful advice. It's hard to know which trade to trust nowadays, so taking pride in your work and building a good reputation is priceless. Thanks Mike!
