    running toilet , another toilet that would not flush, readjusted my toto washlet, and replaced shower handle

    The plumber was professional went to get needed part and cleaned up after himself I was very pleased with the service as I am hopeless at fixing anything but he did not make me feel stupid and this was important

    Emergency repair

    We had a sewage backup as a result of a broken clay pipe from our house to the street. Nas and his crew were able to diagnose the problem in an efficient and expedient manner and completed the job, on time, on budget and with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Very refreshing change. He even called a few days later to follow up. Strongly recommend.

    Rework plumbing system in basement bathroom

    The plumbers at Public Plumbing are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They clearly explain the work they are doing and why they are doing it. Their pricing is extremely competitive. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work. I have already used them twice and will continue to do so in the future.

    clogged sink

    The kitchen sink got clogged while preparing for dinner party. Public Plumbing came quickly and were very efficient at clearing the problem. The associate that came was very friendly and helpful. I'll will call them when we have our next problem.

    Drain repair outside

    I had a problem with a drain repair outside. I called a few plumbing companies and their prices were sky-high. A good friend of mine recommended to call Public Plumbing. I contacted Public Plumbing and they send their employee within an hour to estimate the damage. The guy named Borys inspected the pipe with his camera and identified the problem section of pipe right away. Borys explained that it's very common for tree roots to wedge their way into pipes. He returned with his team the next morning and repaired the busted pipes. I had to work the day of the repair. Public Plumbing called me and advised what they would do next and then they called again once the job was complete. I hope I never need a plumber again but if I do, I'll definitely call Public Plumbing. I am very pleased with the service and the very fair pricing. Thanks Public Plumbing and your team for your hard work!

    sewer repair

    We recently bought a house in a high park area. i was so much in love with my new home until the first weekend of living in there . Going down to the basement to do laundry and i found 3" of sewage on the floor. me and my husband panic and we start looking for local help. we never thought it would be so hard to get a plumber on such emergency situation as most of the calls we made was ether being on hold or service by appointment only, which we find very unprofessional for companies to advertise a 24/7 service and they can not perform it. Our experience with Public Plumbing was Great. The person who answered the phone calmed us down and gave us few tips what to do in order to stop water from coming out. 30 min later Borys arrived and he found tree roots in our pipe by using a camera scope. Their Crew came next day fix everything up as well they mentioned about lead water service . we did have an aprox number from our home inspector and quite realistically they upgraded the line pretty much next to nothing which was very nice of them to do. Me and my husband would like to express our amazing experience with public plumbing. Thank you so much

    Drain

    Few days back our kitchen sink had problem. It was not draining - I tried my level best to clear the drain - but unfortunately did not work out. I found the public plumbing on internet contacted them and found the professional advice with really competitive rates. We are very happy with the service provided and the best part is the way they handle it with professionalism. No doubt to recommend them to any one.

    washroom renovation

    A few weeks ago we renovated our washroom. We were going to do it ourselves but after we opened up the walls the plumbing situation was quite complicated. We called a few guys to get an idea but were happy with John's quote. The next day 2 guys completed the plumbing project in 4 hours. Everything was done as promised with a detailed explanation . We are very happy to recommend Public Plumbing to everyone.

    Kitchen sink pipes repair

    I got leakage underneath the sink which needed immediate repair, public plumbing were very quick to respond, fixed the problem by changing some pipes, were very friendly, and were on their way. I thought the price was great for such a job and outstanding service and I got a full warranty! Sink is not leaking anymore everything seems great so I am very pleased!

    Drain Leak

    My girlfriend discovered we had a leak under a kitchen sink, after spending close to two hours trying to fix it with no plumbing knowledge opted out to call Public Plumbing, they put me to shame after taking care of the problem with my girl smirking at me. Job well done.
