Brad came to do an estimate on our leaking cold cellar. He was able to determine it was structurally in great shape and likely only needed minor work to be done to fix the problem. He recommended that we call a different company to do the job as it could be done much cheaper than his company's minimum charge. He wrote down exactly what would be needed and a ballpark cost estimate so we could easily get quotes from other companies over the phone. Very honest and great service!!

A very positive experience considering how stressfull having an ongoing water problem in my basement has been. I've had two other contractors do waterproofing but water still kept coming in. A co-worker recommended A&A. The assessment and quote was thorough and transparent. Andy called me and we discussed the process in detail and he was very accommodating with the payment of the bill. No deposit required. The guys came in and finished the work in two days and it was done right! They were punctual, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Great job guys! Thanks!

Back in October 2012 I needed some brick work on my house. With a very limited budget with my wedding approaching a&a masonry was able to help me out. They are very professional. Andy was very easy to deal with and Dwight did a great job. I'll be sure to recommend a&a going forward.

This is the second time I've used A&A. They arrive on time, they get the job done quickly and done right. I had a previous waterproofing job with them and it's stayed bone dry. Great company.

The people at A&A Masonry are true professionals. They answered all my questions up front, provided me with a quote in a timely fashion, and when the time came to do the job, the gentleman showed up on time and completed the work in a day, with stunning results. I'd hire them again without question.

The A&A guys were on-time, on-budget, and very friendly. The chimney looks great, the foundation cracks were fixed, as were the window sill bricks. My only concern (which was immediately rectified) was that the there was no caulking put back to cover the gap between the window sill bricks and the metal flap. There was a huge storm, and some water came in (luckily we were in renovation, and so it was fixable). A&A (Andy) quickly sent someone out to caulk, and that fixed the issue (no leaks since). After caulking, Andy mentioned that they don't believe there was caulking there before their work, but I did point out that every other window sill (OTHER than the ones that were worked on) had old caulking on it. Overall I'm very satisfied with A&A. That little detail was the only sour point, and one which COULD have been a bigger issue had we actually not been doing full blown renovations. I'm sure this was an isolated case, but wanted to share that, so that the next person who doesn't know what to look for during the post job inspections at least knows this much.

I ASKED A&A IF THEY CAN FIX MY MOM'S 100 YEAR OLD HOUSE'S CHIMNEY,THEY SAID SURE THEY CAN.FROM THE TIME THAT THEY CAME OUT TO ESTIMATE THE JOB TO THE TIME THE JOB WAS DONE THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT TO DO AND THEY ALSO KNEW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF A PROBLEM WHEN IT OCCURRED (WITH A 100 YEAR OLD HOUSE , ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN). WHILE DOING THIER JOB THEY NOTICED PART OF THE ROOF NEEDED TO BE FIXED BEFORE THEY FINISHED THE CHIMNEY, SO ANDY RECOMMANDED A ROOFER WHICH HE KNEW AND THE ROOFER DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE ROOF REPAIR... I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH A&A MASONARY THEY KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON THE STEP BY STEP PROGRESS TO KEEP ME INFORMED SINCE I HAD TO BE AT WORK AND I COULD NOT BE THERE TO SEE THEM WORK. ... TO THE CREW AT A&A KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK AND I WILL BE CALLING YOU IN THE WARMER WEATHER TO HAVE SOME WORK DONE AROUND MY HOUSE. THANK-YOU
