    chimney rebuild, tuck pointing

James and Jordan were clean, professional, meticulous and kept me informed of progress at every stage. They found bricks that matched perfectly, and worked with great precision to make sure that the grout colour was also a perfect match. I have arleady recommended them to someone, and they only finished the job today.

    Answer from pro:

Thanks! I'll pass this in to James & Jordan who have become an integral part of our team. --Andy

Stone skirting on house, stone cladding on front stairs

Needed some stone work done to complete the home we were working on. A&A came in and not only fixed some of the work done by the previous mason, but also did a great job on the new stone cladding for the front steps of the home. The owners were thrilled.

    Answer from pro:

It was a real pleasure working with you Michael! That's not something I can say about most contractors. We are definitely both on the same page when it comes to quality and customer service. I look forward to working with you in the future. --Andy

    Brick replacement, tuckpointing

I had a great experience with A & A. Brad was very helpful in estimating the cost of the job, and his friendly, non-aggressive style was appreciated. Dwight was efficient and professional with his masonry work, and very respectful of the property. After I suggested he tuckpoint a few extra areas that I thought could use it, he gladly agreed. From start to finish, the company was great to work with, always making sure I was satisfied with the work being done. Thanks A & A!

Thanks Isaac! I know Dwight really went the extra mile on your job. --Andy

Tuckpointing & Replacing Bricks on three sides of the lower part of my house.

Brad assessed the job & gave us an estimate. He [A&A] was the only company, from whom we obtained an estimate, who explained our options for the repairs we needed. The job was done in a very timely manner & the final cost was exactly the same as the estimate. Joe & Kyle showed up every morning at 0730 hours & worked full days until the job was completed. These two young men were professional, knowledgable & courteous. At the end of each day, they cleaned up our work area & any affected areas on our neighbour's property. They even did additional caulking that was not on the original estimate and at no extra cost to us. I would definitely use the services of this company again.

    Answer from pro:

Thanks Junita! We do take pride in our work and it's nice to be appreciated for it. I'll pass this on to Joe & Kyle. --Andy

    Brick Replacement

These guys were fantastic. Believe the reviews! Dan came in to quote the work and explained everything to us. He made sure we weren't doing work that wasn't necessary where he could have tried to take advantage of us. Within a week they were in to do the work. Dwight was there first thing in the morning and did an incredible job. Neat, tidy and courteous...could not have had a better experience. First class from beginning to end.

    Answer from pro:

Thanks Gus! I've passed this on to Dan & Dwight. A good team needs good players and they fit the bill. --Andy

Chimney replacement, tuck pointing, brick replacement

This is a great company. When Bill came out to give me a quote I thought my basement needed waterproofing. Instead, Bill gave me his honest opinion that I did not need to spend many thousands on that even though A&A does waterproofing. The work he recommended (tuck pointing, parging, some brick replacement and a chimney rebuild) was far less expensive. And I can't say enough good things about James and Jordan, who came to do the job. They started and finished early, were friendly and polite, did beautiful work and cleaned up afterward. They even repaired damaged parts of my 100 year old brick house which I hadn't noticed, with no additional charge. A&A does everything right and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Thanks Valerie! I'm passing this on to Bill, James & Jordan, who definitely deserve this pat on the back! --Andy

    Tuck Poining

We had gotten a few quotes for tuck pointing repairs on our house. It had some rough patches and we just wanted it all squared away before the winter. We went with A&A after the informative quote from Brad. Joe and Kyle did a great job and replaced a few extra bricks after we put a new exhaust hood in. You can't tell the difference between the old and the new tuck pointing and the bricks are a very close match. We were more than satisfied with their work!

    Answer from pro:

Thanks Sarah! Joe is a master of matching color in tuckpointing. I've come to realize it takes a bit of an artist. It's not a common skill. And when Brad comes to estimate the job you will definitely get the information you need! (I guess you can tell I'm proud of my team!) --Andy
