    Complete Duct CLEANING and diinfecting

    Purchased a groupon so was not sure what to expect in the way of service.Very pleased with the duct cleaning service we received. Chris and Mark were very professional,punctual and explained what they would be doing and asked me if I had any concerns. We had just finished a major Kitchen Reno so I wanted to make sure all the debris was cleaned out from vents as well I didn't want my freshly painted walls to be nicked or damaged. They took before pictures of the major ducts to show me how dirty they were. Then showed us the after photos. Wow what a difference. I was especially grateful that they took the time to remove clean and replace my dryer vent which had never been cleaned. They also vacuumed my furnace, replaced my filter, checked my humidifier and explained how often everything should be cleaned. We will recommend this company and these two technician to family and friends. Excellent Job!

    Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Purchased a Groupon voucher for duct and dryer vent cleaning. I am glad I chose the right company. Made an appointment, Steve and Adrian arrived on time. They used corner guards to protect the wall. They were also very respectful in my home, kept everything neat and left no mess behind. I couldn't believe what the previous company had left behind ... lots of debris and even banana skin in the duct! All access holes were duct taped properly by Adrian, which was not done by previous company. Steve offered to vaccuum our HEPA and furnace filters as well! Paul (the owner) actually showed up to do some inspections, which was a suprise. I was very impressed with the punctuality, service, and professionalism. I Will definitely use them again in future.

    Duct cleaning, furnace/dryer/central vac cleaning

    Excellent experience. The two gentlemen who came were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, took the time to address all of my questions and concerns and cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Duct Cleaning Specialists. Their price is better than all of the other companies I called.

    Duct cleaning

    Bought goupon offer for Duct Cleaning Specialists after being impressed with their rating on Homestars. Work done very professional and technicians thoughtful of premises. Encountered an issue with furnace that required further outside help, but between technicians and Paul the owner the problem was resolved. Thank you for job well done.

    Duct Cleaning

    AMAZING!!! Professional, courtesy and knowledgeable... Steve and Mat came by to clean my vents, they did an initial inspection showed me how my vents looked prior to cleaning... and the after... WOW... what an amazing job and difference! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

    Home Air Duct Cleaning

    I am sure everyone gets an unsoliciated phone calls for duct cleaning ....and I was just tired of it! Intersetingly, the Duct Cleaning Specialists did not call me, I called them after I reading the theirs reviews at this site. The team that visted my home, lived up to their reputation. My wife was so impressed with their attitude (which is very important) and the equipment used by them that she has already referred them to her group of friends. I do not beleive I need not say anymore.

    Duct Cleaning/HEPA Install

    I recently contacted Paul from The Duct Cleaning Specialists and he quickly responded answering my questions about the service. He was not quick to sell me on anything but rather wanted to find out what i was looking to achieve with the cleaning. I wanted the ducts cleaned as I just finished a basement renovation. His quote was very quick and very fair. We scheduled an appointment for about 1 week later and while on the way to Hamilton Paul called me personally to let me know they were running about 10 minutes late due to traffic. He educated me on what they were going to do and walked me through it. The cleaning was done very well and this was evident as he was showing me pictures from the ducts before and after. More importantly my house was left exactly the way it was when they arrived, not a speck of extra dust anywhere. Paul and his colleague were very kind, approachable, willing to answer any questions I had and were also willing to walk me through what they were doing as they were doing it. I didn't once feel like they we working on their own but servicing my home while taking me through the process with them. The HEPA has helped the air quality in the house in just days and the home does feel fresher than before. I recommend this HEPA to anyone that wants the added filter in their home. I would definetely recommend Paul and team to anyone looking not only for Duct CLeaning, but for the peace of mind in an industry that has so many frauds. A huge Thank You for a great experience.

    Purchased a Groupon for duct cleaning based on the great reviews the company had already received. I was very pleased with the punctuality, service, and professionalism. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists to anyone.

    Duct Cleaning

    Made an appointment they arrived on time. Showed them my furnace, and asked me if I have any questions. Mat and Johnny took the time to explain how they will start the process, and what they will be doing for the next three hours. I liked the fact they had before and after pictures to show. It’s amazing what a picture can do. They were careful very neat and tidy. They even took off their shoes to enter the home. It’s very thoughtful of them when you make a $20 donation they discount $50 from your invoice.

    Air Duct Cleaning

    I clearly see why this company has been rated #1 for 4 years in a row. They are honest people and deserve to be recognized. I had my air ducts cleaned this morning after a home renovation. Mark and Jonathon were both punctual, courteous, and professional. They took the time to explain what they had done, what next steps and recommendations are. They were very neat and tidy. What really stood out to me is the following. When I asked if I need them cleaned again in 5 years, they explained that they would first come to inspect the vents with a camera to see if a full cleaning is necessary or if I could wait for another couple of years. That's how I know they are honest. Thank you so much for the wonderful job! I will definitely call you in the future and have already referred you to others! Also, if you make an online donation of $20 to one of the causes they support, they give you an immediate $50 discount on your invoice. It's wonderful to know they they are supporting various causes and we appreciate the discount. Great idea!
