    Cleaning of Ducts and Dryer vents

    We were delighted with the service we received from the Duct Cleaning Specialists. They were professional and explained everything they did. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the job. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

    Duct Cleaning

    Had our ducts and drier vent cleaned. The 2 men who arrived were very pleasant, were quick and tidy. We were very happy with the service and the job done. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing these services. The booking and follow-up were also very professional. Thank you.

    inspection

    Paul took the time over the phone to talk with me and explain what was to be done. He then proceeded to ask me a number of questions and indicated that a duct cleaning may not be necessary after all. He was kind enough to offer to come out and do an inspection to actually see what was required. He came right on time, true to his word. He inspected my ductwork and furnace and indicated that a cleaning was not warranted, but proceeded to clean up a few dusty areas anyways. He also gave me some great advice I was so impressed with his integrity and comprehensiveness that I asked him to please put his sticker on my furnace since he was the ONLY one that I would call when, in a few years, a duct cleaning was warranted. This is a business where there are a lot of short-cuts and crooks available to clean you and your ducts. Do yourself a huge favour and go with this company. You will never be disappointed.

    Duct Cleaning

    We had our ducts cleaned in our house by Mat and Nick. they were on time, professional and cleaned up when they were done. They explained every step of the job and answered all my questions. They took their time and did an amazing job. Stay away from those 99 dollar companies and hire these true specialists. Thanks for the amazing work!!!

    Duct cleaning

    We got our ducts cleaned yesterday by Steve and Mat. They did an amazing job, very professional. They explained the whole process and made sure all our questions answered. I would highly recommend this company!

    duct cleaning

    We just moved in and decided to get our ducts cleaned. We purchased this service through Groupon (so I'm always a bit skeptical about the level of service I'll receive, but it was a great value so we went with it. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service. I received a response to my booking inquiry within 24 hrs of my call. And my service was booked for the very next week. On the day of my service Mark and Chris were in contact with me regarding ETA, etc and everything ran smoothly. They arrived when they said they would, explained everything they were going to do, and showed me before and after pictures which clearly indicated a vast improvement in terms of dust, etc. Overall I was extremely happy with the work done, the service, the communication throughout the appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of duct cleaning! Thanks guys! Kristen

    Duct cleaning

    I wanted to commend Steve and Mat from the Duct Cleaning Specialist company for an excellent job. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up well afterwards. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs a thorough duct cleaning.

    Duct cleaning

    Wow...I couldn't wait to write this review. Paul and Steve just left. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Paul also gives back to the communities by sponsoring charitable organizations on a monthly rotation. This month it's the Harvest Food Bank. I got $50 off my bill because I donated $20. He also asked me if there was anything they could have done better. I had nothing to offer.

    Service

    They offered informed, professional and thorough service. I've had other duct cleaning services before who claim they need to come back every 2 years... but Duct Cleaning Specialists said their work is such that under normal conditions every 5-7 years is sufficient.

    Duct Cleaning

    I ordered air duct, furnace, A/C coil and dryer exhaust cleaning. Technicians Mark and Chris who made the job were very polite and professional, explained what and how they are going to do and answered all my questions. After inspecting the furnace and A/C I was told that they don't need cleaning. My bill was adjusted accordingly. The price was very reasonable compared with quotes I got from a couple of other companies. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service provided.
